Works better than expected and many good functions. Just remember to take all the shipping bolts off the back. Instructions are vague on the bolts but the MUST be removed for proper function. Great washer.

Good product but requires cleaning up of drain very often to get rid of the smell .But not sure if its just mine or every body has the same ..

Bought this washer for a new condo. I like that it uses less water than most washer out there, cutting my water bill. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. So far it has been great.

I was Leary about getting a Samsung for an appliance because I have only tried their phones. I was pleasantly surprised it works wonderful and I would definitely purchase another one!!

We bought this to replace an LG that had constant problems. This one is slightly larger and feels a little better built. It very easy to use and so far we haven't noticed any problems.

Works great, runs very smooth and does a good job on getting the clothes clean and then spinning them dry for the dryer . Overall I am very happy compared to our old GE washer Which was loud and shook the whole room .

I bought this beautiful machine when my LG decided to die on a heavy laundry day. Yes it was my fault for putting a rug in an 8 year old washer, I guess old faithful decided that was the last straw with me. Anyway, bought this one on a hurry as the deals were hot and product was running low. It arrived on schedule and the guys were kind enough to set it up and turned it on. The machine sings a beautiful short melody on and a long one once wash is complete. However, during the cycle it does make a regular washer machine noise like a jet.

This is a great washer. I holds 3 loads from my top loader, uses much less water and soap. Does not have all the cosmic features of other front loaders, but costs half or less as much.

Bought the Washer, matching dryer and pedestals on sale on a Friday and the units were installed on Monday by 10 AM. Both washer and dryer work as expected . We would purchase again.

Good price! Very nice washer ...larger than my old one. Does everything I want it to do and it's quiet too! Very nice washer and get the clothes clean and it is gentle when you need it.

Works really well, no smell whatsoever, and has a lot of functions. the reminder to run the basket cleaning cycle is the best thing they added

Previously owned an expensive fancy washer dryer combo. There was a data link where the washer communicated with the dryer. A bazillion cycles, crazy bells and whistles, whoo! It lasted about 5 years. Approximately $1.14 per day or $6.60 per wash over the life of that washer not including water, detergent, power. Cannot really recall a time we utilized all the bells and whistles. Only been running this Samsung a month but it is simple and reliable thus far. At one third of the cost of some of those flagship models these budget models seem much more appealing. Washes clothes great. You know a washing machine.

Has all the basic functions and wash load setting. My clothes come out clean. Only downside is the wash temperature, spin, etc. are a little hard to push. Only 1 my wash setting so have to change settings for every load.

Very happy with this washer. It's only been a month but so far it's doing great. Love the spin cycle makes drying clothes alot faster then before. Came from a 20 year old washer.

Just put in the cleanser required for you wash and place on desired setting and it does the rest. Gentle and large enough for everything except for very large comforters.

Washer does extremely well at its job. I was able to use the same base as my older Samsung which saved me some $$ even though the color had changed slightly

Have been using my machine for about a year now and love it! I do recommend leaving the door slightly open so it doesnt stink Up between uses.
