Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Samsung WF45N5300AW washer to replace another Samsung front load washer that smelled bad and failed after 9 years. The new washer worked fine until it failed one month past the one year warranty period. The washer would not fill with any water at the start of a cycle and the drum would start rotating with dry clothes. There was no error code indication of no water (4C) so I replaced the water level sensor assuming that maybe it was incorrectly indicating that the washer was full of water. This did not fix the problem. It now looked like it was probably an Electronic Control Board failure, so a repair person was called. The repair person misdiagnosed the problem as bad water inlet solenoid valves and wanted to order parts for $300. Since it had been two weeks since the washer broke and my wife needed to wash clothes, we decided to just buy a new more reliable Speed Queen top load washer.
