Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I almost gave it 5 stars, but I do have two complaints. 1 - There isn't a setting for washing towels. I use the setting for bedding, and it seems to work ok. 2 - Often, a single sock will get stuck inside the rubber sealer. This causes the sock to not get through the spin cycle and it comes out soaked. Other than these two complaints, I have had no issues.
