Our location of the laundry is upstairs and this machine is very quiet

Second Samsung washer and so far it’s been fantastic and easy to use.

Finally the staff came back and installed my w/d unit. Due to the space constraint I finally decided to stack them. (Self bought the stacking tools from Amazon). The panel of the dryer is a little bit high to read. But I just used the regular mode so everything works out perfect. Thanks a lot!

At under $600, its hard to beat this model. Does everyhting you need.

We bought the dryer/washer set. We love the look of them and you get a lot for your money, you can always find some negative comments about any product but I've been a fan of samsung appliance for a long time. We previous had an upright washer that we left with our old house ... time for an upgrade!

Overall a good washing machine for clothes, but the error screen does not provide much information about the specified error. Often the problem is the door not being closed all the way "correctly", despite being closed. The best way to get around it is just opening and closing the door until it finally allows you to wash. That took me a while to figure out.

This particular dryer caught my eye, as it’s especially sharp. Also the inside lights up and my love the sound effects it makes when changing functions and starting and stopping- we both highly recommend this dryer!

This particular washer is just ok. This washer gets fairly loud and shakes a lot, I tried figuring out if it’s my floors or if the stand is uneven, but it’s just the washer.

This is the best looking washers we have come across. This is our first time for front loading washer. The Best Buy associate reccomended to leave the door open after final wash to prevent possible smell issues.

I love Samsung products and this was one of our best investments. It is durable works great has a self-cleaning cycle that you can leave to run and it will clean out the whole washer. you have so many settings to choose from ad so many cycles

My machine is working and very nice.. Even though I had to use my mom card to purchase it cause they won't let me get a card.. Its cool I'm going to purchase the dryer and then I'm never shopping with them again.. I will be doing my purchase with other companies

Nice looking washer, so nice having the pedestals.

This is a replacement for a similar Samsung model. Really enjoy the features of a front loader, although the design can put extra load on the bearings. That is what failed on our previous machine after 8 years. Would help if the machine could detect an overload.

I like the washer, but it doesn't handle really large loads (and thankfully I don't have any). If you have kids or are used to washing 2 normal loads at once, you may want to look at the top loader Samsung has. This is the perfect size for an empty nester.

Replaced an old General Electric washer with this Samsung. Had no idea a washer could be do quiet! Clothes seem cleaner coming out, and energy efficiency due to shorter cycle times must mean $$$ savings. Oh, and the delivery and setup went flawlessly...
