Quiet, energy efficient, and has several settings. The quick wash is very useful...I never knew how much I would use it until I had it! You can adjust water temp and spin within different settings, customizing the cycle to your load.

Amazing washer. I love the varying options. There is one just for about everything! I grabbed this when it was on sale so it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend grabbing this with the accompanying dryer... they're both highly recommended!

I got this to replace my old GE one, which was not completing cycles anymore. I am using this Samsung washer since 2 weeks works quite also beeping once laundry done. I recommended this washer to everyone who is looking for it!

This washer is very nice. It gets the clothes pretty dry. It spins very fast and sometimes sounds like a jet engine. I like the settings, but I would have like the manual tell you a little about those settings. Like which setting should you use for more water or if your washing rugs.

I use to have a very old, top kid, agitator style washer and I HATED it! I recently purchased this washer and I am in Heaven! It’s a great washer! My mother has the same one, but hers is red and she has absolutely loved it as well!

It’s been a year now and it’s held up nicely. You need to make sure you’re setting it to the proper load, otherwise it won’t use enough water to rinse out the Tide Pods. All H.E. Washers are like this though.

Had to put a splitter on the faucet with the turn off valve attached in order for the water to come out at full speed. Once I relaced that part I’ve been in love with it ever since. Love the music to alert that it is finish

Well it's been 10 months since I purchased this washer. It looks awesome and it's fairly quiet. My problem is the lack of water. I can put 3 bath towels in the machine and run them on normal cycle WITH THE EXTRA RINSE 2 TIMES and still not get all the detergent out. The second cycle I do not put detergent in. Have adjusted detergent amounts and types of detergent. Not happy. I can't wait for the thing to die so I can get a different machine. I would think twice before buying.

He told me things about caring for a washer that I had never heard...and I’m plenty old enough to have heard these things before! He completed the job and was very professional! He made sure everything was hooked up properly!

Love my Samsung 4.5 Cu ft 8 Cycle washing machine! It is finger print resistant and the a black stainless steel color is perfect!! Recommended it to my daughter and she bought the same!

my clothes are softer, options are terrific, uses less detergent/fabric softener & since it detects how much water it needs to clean any size load-it also saves water.

It is a great washer for the price, it works very good, it is a bit aggressive when spinning but i do not mind it. It sings when the laudry is done and this is a plus to who multitask and forget about laundry.

I had a front loader before not a Samsung and had an odor after I used it this front loader I don't! I like the cleaning option after 40 loads. Has alot more washing options too! Washer is very quiet!!

We purchased a set of Whirlpool washer and dryers that were more expensive and trashed a bunch of our clothes. Best Buy took them back after 2 months! We selected this washer and dryer and they work great!!
