SAMSUNG always give you reliable product. It is quiet, and less water consumed

It worked great for about four years. Then one day it stopped spinning. No errors, just would not spin. We cleaned out the filters and tried again. Then there was a pop after the water drained and flames came through the holes on the inside before blowing the fuse.

Purchased in July 2018 and started off great. Two months ago started hearing banging noises and notice flecks of rubber material on my clothes. Turns out the inner gasket was being damaged as machine turned. Replaced entire inner drum of machine and it was fixed and then well it was not. Starting making banging noises and the flecks are back. Now Samsung is accusing me of damaging the machine. Why would I want to damage my washing machine??? Really don't understand the point of me doing that. I want clean clothes that don't have rubber flecks in them and it would be nice if the machine was quiet too. I thought I upgraded from a Kennmore, I think I was wrong. Would be nice if Samsung would replace the machine or refund me. Now I have to waste another day for the technician (third party) to come back again so he can be on the phone with another samsung call center to do some "tests". I have wasted over 7 days of being at home to deal with this issue.

Just replaced 8-year-old Samsung washer (and dryer) with this washer. Three weeks and now it is broken. It worked fine, now suddenly, the water does not feed into the washer. Did all the troubleshooting. Samsung home appliance department is closed on weekends and on-line support is not answering either. I have sooo many Samsung products in my home, never had a problem. This is ridiculous. I have a brand new washer and I have to go to laundromat....again! Strongly thinking of returning this washer and dryer. Think twice before purchasing this product.

buy this if you want a washer that only works for two years. bought this washer when it was originally near 800 dollars and broke just after the two year warranty, ridiculous. i hate samsung. waiting on apple to make appliances so i can switch over!!!

Horrible. The spin cycle sounds like someone is banging a drum. The only way we can stand it is if we put a towel between the side of the washer and the wall. This dampens the clanging noise that it makes.

We only used this washing machine 1-2 times per month, because we have a bigger one on our main floor. It was used for overflow and never even for full loads. It was fine for almost three years, but considering electric washing machines have been around for over 100 years, there’s no excuse for it to break in under three. My guess is Samsung intentionally builds there products to crap out so they can sell more. I bought a Samsung tv that did the same thing at three years. I won’t recommend this washing machine or any of their products anymore.

Lasted three years, worked well for two. Sensor electrical systems completely fell apart, had to replace. Never buy this.

The first washer was delivered bad, so I got another one, now it walks a cross the floor and I have water everywhere. Dont say I'm put to much clothes in it because I had a Kenmore washer and dryer for 16 years and I put twice as much cloths in it and it every leaked or walk a cross the floor. Not happy with this washer . Its juck

Completely trashbox, using for three years now, Its use less than a gallon water, How can wash cloth in less than a gallon, just nonsense, may be made for South Korean people not for use in USA, This do not wash cloth because do not use water so you do not see any foam, do not buy this metal box buy some American brand those real wash your cloth. Soap stay in cloth never rinse properly, very disappointed.

Washes well. Front labeling literally rubs off by light touch of a finger, even if it's dry. I owned the unit for a total of a week before I noticed the issue. It comes off even when trying to change the wash settings. I anticipate the lettering will be gone completely in another month. A sharpie would have been more effective

Extremely Noisy. This washer is so noisy during the spin cycle that I can hear it from the next room while vacuuming. Samsung technicians have “repaired” it 2 times, but it still knocks, rattles and vibrates like crazy. Seriously regret this purchase.

Within 2 years of our original purchase our washer started vibrating and moving. Drum was and shocks were broken. A cast iron baking pan fell off and dented our new laminate floor. Within the next 2 years this happend again. Bought new GE washer.

Bought this in 5/2019, and the 3 year warranty. Today (6/2022, 1 month after the warranty ended), needed to have it serviced. The repair quote was $1,600+, which is more than the unit cost brand new.

Was good when it worked but only had a year and a half and the panel wont respond. Door stayed locked had to manually unlock.

Very disappointed. 3 yrs old and it cannot be fixed because part needed is no longer manufactured forcing us to purchase a new washer.

Not Great. This machine croaked after 3.5 years. The knob broke after a 1.5. I will not purchase Samsung again.

Slowly tore itself apart from in inside out. Washer Died in only 5 years.

Horrible horrible horrible installation and rescheduling process. Also terrible wait times.
