Perfect washer! Works very well with large bulky items.

Beautiful, quiet, easy to clean and for a great price!

We bought this washer to replace our 11-year old Samsung washer and we couldn't be happier. It has a giant tub that easily fits 10 pairs of jeans, and is really quiet. The only drawback is the tone is not very loud when the wash is done and is hard to hear from the other side of the house. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it.

Not hard to use. Lots of option. Quite and large bowl.

Seems to work great so far. Holds a lot. Did have something weird happen once, it stopped working and the door wouldn't unlock. Took like 3 tries washing the whole load to get it open. The book said it could've been too much water in the machine.

My wife and replace our previous 8 year old LG units with these 2 and we are very happy with the purchase. The washer is a lot easier to set up and no longer the issue with the rubber seal the previous units have. We only have this unit for several moths and so far great, lets see how it does true the year.

We just recently purchased this Samsung washer and dryer and it has turned into a great buy. Me and my wife loves them. They are easy to use and operate once you get used to them. First ones we have bought in 15 years so they took getting to know. Manuals came in handy and answered our questions. Very good buy.

I love this washer. I own 4 dogs and they live inside with me so needless to say my clothes and their blankets and beds get filled with dog hair. This washer and dryer does a really job at removing all the hair. Even on their bed covers. If you’re considering this combo definitely buy it. You won’t regret it.

Only had the machine for 3 weeks now and it seems too be working well. It is nice and quiet but a little concerned because it does vibrate a little aggressively some of the times. Geek Squad set it up so it should have been professionally leveled to prevent the problem. And it does improve the look of the laundry room do to the nice finish of the black stainless steal.

I love this washer. It has high capacity and washes even large loads well.

Been using this washer (and matching dryer) for about 7 months now. We've had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Our units are stacked. I only wish that the LED light inside the dryer was more pure white instead of bluish in color. The washer itself works great. I'm happy with the purchase.

Bought both washer and dryer. Geek squad did an awesome job installing stack units in a very tight space and going above and beyond with making it fit. Washer cleans clothes, Dryer dries them.. my only complaint is the programming is really finicky and you will find yourself with half dry ball of sheets if you don't have settings just right.

I was pleasantly surprised with this washing machine-I had originally ordered the 14 cycle but being it is just myself and hubby I decided to give this one a try. It washes like a dream and plenty of choices for different cycles. Would definitely purchase this machine again.

This unit does everything, and it is one of the starter units in its class. It performs admirably and uses less water and soap! I would love a louder cycle complete signal as the machines are in our basement, but this is not a deal-breaker. Overall we love this set!

I've washed a few loads of clothes so far, and my initial impression is that the washer is overall quiet, does great job cleaning our clothes and doesn't use much water, which is a good thing. Even when it is in the final spin mode, it vibrates a little bit, but the sound and vibration is minimal. I also wanted a washer that is gentle on my nice running clothes and the "active wear" mode does great job of getting the stains and odors out.
