I've had the same washer and dryer for 10 years. I got it when my husband and I first got married so it was cheap and definitely nothing fancy. This washer/dryer is so fancy (for me anyway!) I absolutely LOVE it! I love that the washer doesn't have an agitator.

I recently bought a house and was in need a washer and dryer set. I stopped by Best Buy and received ample knowledge on all of the washer and dryers that were in my price range but that would give me the best bang for my buck. I decided to go with the Samsung set because of the high quality but fairly reasonable price. The washer dryer set was delivered about two weeks later and installed within an hour. Everything is working perfectly and I am very happy with my purchases and my experience with Best Buy.

Took a look at many different brands and options. After reading reviews from all over and checking out the actual washer at Best Buy, we decided this was the best choice for us. Also purchased the matching dryer. Love them both. Easy to use. Great results. We get a kick out of the little tune that plays at the end of a cycle. Very pleased with these Samsung products and with all those at Best Buy who helped us.

I was initially reluctant to purchase this unit (Samsung WA45H700AW Washing Machine) because reviews on Amazon were bad. But then I read reviews on my 2nd choice and they were even worse. In contrast, Consumer Reports rated this machine 70 out of 73. When I physically examined this machine & compared it with my two other choices, I felt this machine was better constructed. Since it was on sale, I went ahead and purchased it. So far, it works great. It's really super quiet and the clothes come out clean. Purchasing this unit turned out to be a good choice.

very quiet vs my old washer and love the large tub

I am very pleased with my purchase. This washer is not complicated and does a great job cleaning EVERYTHING! I can do so much laundry in one load it takes me 1/4 of the time.I don't know why I waited so long to upgrade. I would definitely recommend.

this machine by samsung is very quiet. The only complaint is that it takes a longer period of time to do each load of laundry. If you are doing a specialty load like beding the time period is even longer. It would have been nice to have a metal lid to the machine rather that the glass lid.

We replaced a Bosch front loader and boy did we increase our washing size. It has plenty of options to wash clothes of all types snd is very easy to learn. Great washer and will most likely purchase the companion dryer when the time comes

The old washer kicked after 7 years so the wife and I were on the hunt. In Corpus where I live the Best Buy, and it's main appliance competitors are all located within a close proximity so comparison shopping in person was a breeze. Best Buy had the best prices, i took pictures of the tags from different models for comparison. This washer is super quiet, and since it doesn't have an agitator can fit a queen sized comforter with no issues. Sings you a little song when its done! Don't really understand why washers have a glass door on top, are people standing over their washers watching them work? Whatever. Love this one even with the door.

A very nice unit for the money. Replaced an older but much more expensive washer with this one and it does just as well if not better and does it more quietly

I was very unhappy with my previous washer (brand unmentioned) only 1 year old. I bit the bullet and purchased this machine and it is probably the best machine I have used! I had clothes that were dingy from previous washer, when I put them in the Samsung I was hoping for a miracle, and I got it!

Replaced a Kenmore washer with this Samsung. Have a great Samsung TV so we decided to try Their washer dryer. Could not be happier! awesome looks and so quiet too.

Moved out and went on my own and ordered this mainly because of the brand and size of space I had to work with and the price. It is fantastic I will never get rid of this because it does so well (unless your short because it dosent have the pole spiny thing so you have to really reach in there)

I walked into Best Buy fully expecting to buy the cheapest washer available. I was fortunate enough to find this model as an open box/returned item. This model was approximately $150 more than the model I intended to buy, but this washer had many more features and larger capacity. I do NOT regret this purchase one bit. I spent more than I wanted to, but got a great value. This thing is quiet and has all the features I would need. My wife and I like to dance to the jingle when it is done (I know, super exciting stuff), but I don't regret this purchase and will likely buy a similar model hopefully ten years from now when I need to get a new one.
