I love this machine :) it is amazing and have absolutely no problems with it and it really cleans my clothes!

Our washer was leaking and since it was over 20 years old we decided to replace rather than repair. I didn't want a front loader at a much higher cost and wasn't sure if I wanted a top loader with the "old" agitator. I looked at Consumer Reports (as I do for all major purchases) and liked the reviews of this Samsung model. The controls are easy to use and it displays the time remaining for the cycle to finish For the price paid during the 4th of July sale I felt we got a great deal. We've only had for a month but are happy with our purchase. Time will tell how it holds up.

Without the old school agitator, I can wash bigger loads! Its a great, effective machine and a HUGE step up from the old style machines with the agitator in the enter. It can handle bulky items without worry and spin and drain perfectly!! I would recommend this simple, yet very effective machine!

I purchased this Samsung washer to replace my one year old Samsung which was recalled due to a design defect. I had a choice to go with another brand but decided to sick with Samsung for the following reasons: 1. I never had an issue with the machine Samsung was recalling and had been totally satisfied with its superior performance to any washer I had ever owned. 2. Samsung demonstrated that they are extraordinary when it comes to consumer support buy contacting me to notify me of the issue and provided several options to remedy the problem. After looking at other brands I concluded that Samsung offer the best washer and my wife and I are very pleased with the replacement. 3. Best Buy also made the exchange as painless as possible with friendly, professional customer service and outstanding FREE delivery and installation. 4 Because of my positive experience with Samsung Washing Machines, my son and his wife purchased a Samsung for their washing chores. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!,

For the money it works great. Much quieter then my last washer.

So far so good! There was one load that didn't wash properly but other than that can't complain.

Old one that we had for 10 years started making noises and sounding like it was going to fall apart everytime we started a load of clothes so decided to go ahead and replace it. This one is real quiet and has a ton of room inside.

Has been 2 months since I purchased and is an A plus for cleaning compared to my Whirlpool that I replaced. The capacity is unbelievable and cleans much better than my old unit, I would recommend the Samsung washer to anyone !

Great washer.. nice and big. The laundry choices make it easy to use. Pretty quiet. The only thing I would say that has nothing to do with the product but the delivery guys installed it wrong and my husband had to reinstall it. I emailed best buy about it and they never did anything.

First washer was damaged and we ended up waiting 3 weeks in total before it was finally installed. Do you know how bad that really stinks not having a washing machine for a family of 4 . Bestbuy said they would void my 10 yr. warranty if I didn't purchase the over priced hose kit? I thought it would be worth it just to get it done quick and it wasn't.

Love the tub size - quiet during the washer cycle - love the chimes at the end of the cycle !

Easy to use, efficient and provides great music when the load is finished :) No regrets on this purchase.

It is super quite and we have not had any issues. I love the little song it plays when laundry is completed.

This thing is a beauty in person. I love the design and the glass top is a nice added feature and one of the reasons I bought it. I also purchased the matching dryer. It is quiet and has many easy functions, very user friendly. Love the music is makes alerting you the wash is complete.

All and all this is a great washer for the value. There are many options to choose from for wash cycles and it holds a lot of laundry which cuts my loads in half!! The only thing I could "complain" about and it really is not even that bad is the spin cycle leaves the clothes really wrinkled..It's good if you are just going to throw them in the dryer because it will take less time to dry, but if you hang you stuff on the line like I do......you have to really shake them out.

I read the reviews on this washer before I bought it and I'm so glad I got it anyway! It works better than the other 2 (a Maytag Cabrio and a GE) high efficiency washers I have owned. There are never weird dry spots on my clothes after a wash. It's so quiet, I barely even know it's on.

I love it, it's so quiet, I love the different setting choices.

I love this washer. I was concerned with not having the agitator but it cleans our clothes just as well.
