The washer is perfect. It's a nice size and most importantly, my clothes are incredibly clean.

Washer holds a lot of clothes, no agitator. Don't use the quick wash unless you just want the idea of clean. Not one of the Samsung washer's that are under the recall, although I get a little nervous standing over the washer when it starts spinning.

This dryer is great, but a few settings were confusing. On normal setting, it works great. But when I tried a gentle setting to dry my comforter, it seemed to stop before the time ran out, as if it detected the load was dry, which it was not. The dryer does have a bedding setting, but I was trying to follow the directions on the comforter label. I stick with normal setting, and it works great.

Washer seems just fine. I will have to get used to the fact that there is not an agitator in the middle though. Water level seems low without an agitator. Washes great, handles blankets just fine. Think I'm going to like this washer. Will recommend to others.

Having an old washer that didn't always spin out this washer is a welcome change. It is tremendous and quiet. Tub is too deep for a short person to retrieve all the clothes. A bamboo back scratcher is a good retriever.

This machine gets the clothes clean although the cycles are a little longer than some older machines. It will spin the clothes around at first to try to evenly distribute the weight. Uses less water than I'm used to seeing except on small loads but still gets clothes clean. See-through top allows you to see what's actually happening through the entire cycle. Plays a nice tune after it finishes the spin cycle.
