Stainless, add a pod, clothes, works just like your car, fast/slow, summer/winter(cold,hot) , 2nd wash(double rinse if needed) delicate, regular, deep, fits king comforter, no middle agitator, great buy week after thanksgiving, paid $440/4 yr warranty

Have only had machine 3 weeks but so far love it. Operates so guiltily and does a great job I would just like to add that we had a great experience at best buy. Sales agent was great and when we had a slight problem with a rebate that was offered but we didn't qualify the manager made it right. That is customer service at its best. Would go back and buy anything else I needed at best buy in Burlington again

This is our 2nd front loader and 1 top loader for our years here. ! set, front load washer and dryer, donated to charity, One set front loaders are in the garage, the last top loader recalled by factory because they couldn't fix it, in fact just gave us our money back but would not take the dryer, I'm stuck with it. So we are going to try the Samsung, so far everything is going great. Wish us luck.

Looked at many, many different models. Surprised at the negative reviews on this machine. I love it. 4.5cu is plenty large enough for a family. Clothes clean exceptionally well and it's incredibly quiet. I LOVE it! Purchase online w/delivery was so easy!

Tons of room and not too loud. Having a jingle instead of the fog horn is nice too.

So glad I purchased this machine. My clothes are cleaner and spin cycle is awesome.

We like the Samsung washer and Best Buy's great service. Unfortunately, this first washer delivered leaked water after a few days, and the second washer made a knocking sound during the wash cycle and was replaced with a third washer (all the same model) which is working well. Coincidentally, a friend bought the same model Samsung washer from Best Buy and is please with it.

It's great! I love that it plays a tune to let you know the cycle is complete and then turns itself off. Large capacity so I can wash big loads without the washer getting off balance. No agitator so my clothes aren't beat up in the washing process.
