I didn't realize you can't fill it up to the top with clothes if you want them to actually get clean. Should have done more research. Otherwise, as long as I keep the loads small enough (still a good size) it works great.

I was a bit skeptical of the no agitator style but it cleans well and holds huge loads! I am able to get laundry done quicker with the bigger capacity. Very easy to use plus it sings a song to me when it finishes! Love it!

The clothes are pretty clean, you hardly hear it

The only thing that's a draw back is soap/conditioner is hard to put soap in if you have large bottles of detergent/conditioner ,plus I forget to shut once in awhile and sometimes I put to much in and it leaks out. But in all I'm happy.

Seems good so far

Agitator seems to not move much but everything always comes out clean. I think people mention this often because they probably never got to look at it before while moving.

One of the best washers on the market!

I purchased it with the free delivery and haul away and it was quick and painless. He says the clothes wash great without any residual mildew smells. I have even washed my queen comforter a couple of times! It was so good that I decided to buy a 2nd one for my house! Great buy and worth the money!

takes some getting used to

After reading all the information that came with washer and a few tries I can say that I am very pleased with washer. The one thing that"s not so great is it takes longer than my old machine.

Great for the price

It works great and is very efficient. My mother in law loves it. Samsung makes an excellent washer. This one for the $549 was an excellent deal.
