The price was great and they can handle very big loads and get everything very clean. Best buy delivered on the 4th of July which was awesome, a lot faster than we expected.

Low water level

We have had this for over a month now. Clothes are clean and the washer is quiet. My only complaint is that the low water level even I set the soil level to heavy, it only fill up with water to about less than 2/5 of the tub. Now I have to do multiple washing for the loads that my old GE washer could do one time. Another kind reminder is the tub of the machine is quite deep. If you are a shorter person, better not buy this. I am 5’1” and I cannot reach to the bottom of the tub when moving clothes from the washer to the dryer even when I stand on my toe tips and lean as far as I could. I wish I would have read other reviewer‘s complaints about this issue before buying.

Amazing Washer!!!

And I didn't realize it played music when the cycle was over which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely great!!! Greg at Best Buy in Florence KY was a great salesman!!

Large Capacity
