So far everything is fine, except for a short glitch upon arrival. A call to Best Buy and the gave us the information needed over the telephone and no problems since. The machine cleans well and is relatively quite. It is a little larger than we actually need, but would e perfect for a larger family.

What a great washer we are really impressed. The 9 cycles is enough for what we wash and the setup was so easy. Pricing was very important and BestBuy nailed that for us. The delivery was on time and the person that delivered the unit was extremely helpful and gave us some tips. Great experience I would do it all again.

I am very pleased with this machine it works great and doesn't cost a lot of money to use I am washing at least 4 times a week and my water and electricity didn't go through the roof ( thanks Samsung)

Washes great, works great, and I highly recommend.

Washer washes well, conserves water and is quiet. Spinning cycle works a little too well that I keep it on Medium and still the clothes come out very wrinkle. excellent product for the price.

Please read the instructions. Not using the HE detergent will cause the washer to take much longer. Also the first few times you use the washer, the lights will flicker. It just means the capacitors are charging, it'll go away.

One of the best appliance purchases we've made in a long time. Excellent value for the money.. Does everything we need at an affordable price while providing the functionality of higher priced machines!

It has taken some time to get used to the washer & using less soap. I use the extra spin rinse cycle on every load now. I feel my clothes are rinsed better by doing this.

My only complaint is that the tub is so deep, I almost need a ladder to reach inside and get the clothes out. I am doing loads twice as big now. Less time washing is great. I am looking forward to,seeing if I really save water.

We are very satisfied with this washer. We bought our Samsung washer and dryer at the same time and the Best Buy crew came to install them leaving everything perfect. They even explained a few things about what to do with them if we ever move out.

I bought this dryer after doing research online and asking family members who also bought Samsung appliances. All positive reviews! I am very pleased with the quality and efficiency of this washer.

After the Maytag Bravos crapped out and the cost to repair was crazy stupid, I bought this machine based on a friend's experience with hers. The washing performance is phenomenal. Much better than the Maytag. Spins so much of the water out that drying time is cut in half. Laundry "day" is now a few laundry hours.
