Bought this to replace a 22 year old Maytag. Very large for lots of clothes. Uses very little water but washes better than the Maytag. Hope I get 20 years out of this one.

I was torn between this one and a front load by LG for comparable price points but after going to store and not enjoying how far you had to bend over to load a front load; this one became an easy choice. The finish is nice and doesn't feel cheap.

New look and new system. Strange not to see a central agitator, but the product works well and that was our biggest concern. When we are in need of a drier we will purchase its companion.

I love this washer. It is really deep so I have to help the kids when they are doing laundry but it fits my king sized quilt well. Does a great job of cleaning clothes and is really quiet.

Very satisfied with this washer. Quiet, fits lots clothes. Best Buy delivery was excellent. Staff educated me in how to use it and gave me good recommendations (save me time to read manual)

This washer is HUGE. With no middle agitator it takes a bit longer to do a wash but man can you fit a TON of stuff in here. I have gone from doing 2-3 loads a week to doing 1. I love this washer

Once I got used to it, I fell in love with it! Quiet, efficient, and easy to use. Clothes clean, uses less water, and clothes dry faster.

I read all of the reviews and did a lot of research before settling on this model. We were specifically looking for a top loader. After 5 years of a front loader, we were not happy with that style. When we went to the store to purchase the washer, it was on backorder. We were so bummed! But then we looked in the open box section and found one that was slightly dented but significantly discounted. So far, we are satisfied. It's not blowing me away, but I haven't found anything that I strongly dislike. It is relatively noisy compared to our old washer and it doesn't have a delay start option, which we used often. But the clothes are clean and there are enough cycle selections to wash anything and everything. Overall, we are satisfied after almost 1 full month of use.

This machine is great. Performs as advertised. Quiet. Efficient. Every bit as good as more expensive machines that offer more options and different cycles. This is the sweet spot.

This washer has been great and was just what we needed. It can hold a significant load of laundry per, is easy to use, and has several options to choose from when washing laundry.

I thought I was going the easy route by purchasing detergents "pods." When I toss in with the laundry, sometimes leaves residue. Doesn't work well in the detergent dispenser, either. Using liquid detergents works just fine.

I like the glass door and the countdown to end of cycle. Lots of options for load varieties. Seems to get clothes clean, though I don't know how! The dynamics of the agitator-less machines is a mystery to me! I know Samsung had recalled units in New Zealand and Australia, but not in the US. I've read of problems (pretty severe) so I plan on not ever using the high spin feature as I think that's where the problem lies. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the washer. I got a good deal with the Memorial Day sale.

This is our first new washer in 17 years...we are so excited about the amount of laundry we can wash at one time! It is also very simple to use, which is great for my teenage kids!

Product received great reviews by Consumer Reports...selected both this washer and its dryer model over higher priced Samsung models because of the ratings. Have owned it 2 months and so far so good. Instructions for insuring it is level were a little hard to understand; but, we got it eventually.

This washer was on sale and a bargain. After it was installed I immediately washed some clothes. Wow this machine is very effecient at cleaning articles perfectly.... im very impressed...

We purchased a new washing machine because our old one of plus 10 years was leaking water out the bottom. Occasionally, once a week, this new washing machine also leaks water from underneath. The amount is much smaller but it does form a small rivulet on the laundryroom floor.

This is the first time in my life that I have bought a brand new washing machine, I didn't know what I was missing out on! The Samsung washer is really cool. It looks great and works great. I've washed five loads so far and each time what used to fill up my old washer barely filled up half of my new one. The capacity inside is really big and because I have less to stuff in there my clothes don't seem to be as wrinkled as before. I highly recommend this Samsung washer, it was a great value for the price.

Haven't had any trouble with it thus far. Cutting edge technology and love the chimes that notify you when it's done washing.:) Autolocks once you start the wash cycle. Top loading is advantageous because you can pause it to add something in case you missed it or forgot in the first place.

I bought this washer and dryer combo and received it at the beginning of January. The washer is great, it has many features and the countdown clock, that shows how much longer for the cycle is really handy. Overall a great product..

The machine must be paused before your can open. It's deeper and narrower than my old machines. You need to be at least 5'7" to reach the bottom of the washing machine.
