Very happy with this washer !!!! At first since it uses very little water you think are my clothes even getting wet? Watch a cycle especially on comforters, it washes for over 90 minutes

Love the sleek look and sounds. Hate the energy efficent cycle (normal) doesnt use enough water and runs way too long. Of course all the other cycles are great so not really a complaint.

The store Manager was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took us from A to Z with exemplary service. My wife couldn't be happier with the product, and I couldnt be happier for that. Very well done! Keep up the great work!!!

I was concerned when read some of the reviews. It doesn't use a lot of water, but my clothes are clean. Some reviews were saying their clothes weren't clean, but disagree. I love it!

Replace your Whirlpool, Maytag, Sears and other outdated American/Canadian washing machines with a SAMSUNG!! Samsung is superior in many ways and Best Buy gives you a great price with easy delivery. I highly recommend to update and replace your old washer before the end of the year!

My clothes get super clean, super fast. You don't get the fancy bells and whistles like on higher end models. But your clothes are just as clean for half the price.

I am completely impressed and satisfied with my Samsung washer and dryer. I initially looked at another line, but after reading the reviews and the spectacular pricing over the 4th of July, I decided to go ahead. They are wonderful and I am completely happy that I made this choice.

I love this washing machine. It does a great job washing clothes and is quiet. It has a large tub that accommodates comforters and other large bedding. Great appliance!

This washer has a great capacity, plenty of options and most importantly is very quiet with minimal vibtation. Love the feature that automatically picks the water level.

Pros: very large barrel for washing, see through top, no middle column piece, a large variety of settings, great electrical panel, sings a great tune when cycle is complete

Our agitating washer was on its last leg so we started looking through reviews to find a new one that people liked....there are many negative reviews on every washer. So we went to Best Buy and bought this one on the recommendation of the sales clerk who has the same one at her house. Couldn't be happier. The switch from an agitator to a non agitator takes some getting used to but we find it does the job and is so much quieter than what we had. We bought the matching dryer too.

I highly recommend everyone purchasing this washing machine. It's by far the most efficient washing machine we've ever had. I couldn't give this product a better review.

This washer has all the features for the right price. Love the see-through lid and variety of cycle choices. Easy to operate, large barrel, and efficient, too!

Works great for what I need it for. Very large capacity and washes clothes very quickly. No noise very quite while running and love the top see through lid.

I've had this item for over a month now and love it. It hasn't given us any problems and works as well as the newer Samsung models do. Maybe other people had luck and it's a shame because these work great. It has the same jingle all the others do when it's done.

This washing machine is good, just as expected.. It's big enough. I'm still getting used to it but its great so far. I think my favorite part it the little song it plays when your load is done.

Beautiful machine. Huge drum capacity. I am still not sure if all my clothes are getting clean. I find myself watching the clothes getting washed and I swear, some of the items don't appear to get agitated. Softball season will be the big test.

The staff was very attentive, explained the differences between the brands. Delivery was on time and the technicians were very thoroughly and quick. Very pleased with the quality and service overall.

I love this washer and it was a great price. It washes my clothes well and I can fit a lot in it because it's so large.
