This washing machine is the first one that I have owned that does not have an agitator. In spite of that, somehow, it gets my clothes clean.

This washer is so quite we hardly know its running. Gets our clothers really clean with the new agitator. Would recommend this washer to everyone.

Wow do i love this washer. It is very easy to use, I love the top loading and it has more room - which is great for big loads and bed sets!!!

The only problem is that it is deep. I have to stand on tip toes to reach the bottom. Every thing else is great.

I really like my new washer. I had a front loader which I was glad to be finished with. My clothes seem cleaner and take less drying time. My only problem is that this washer is so deep I have a hard time reaching the bottom to pull the clothes out.

I was hesitant about buying new washer but I am really happy with this one. There are tons of settings. The only drawback is I wish that I would have paid the extra $40 for the smart wash in washer stain removal, but overall I am happy with this.

I bought this for my mother in law as a gift. Due to her laundry room space, I had to buy non-front-loader type. I bought her HE washer and dryer set. She has been using for a month, she loves it. Some people think it won’t wash clean enough because it doesn’t have that middle stick like old-fashion/traditional one. However, it does its job perfectly. So far so good. If you are thinking one because of your budget or space, this is perfect one for you.

We replaced a 16 year old washer and dryer with this Samsung model, and to be honest, it took some adjusting before I decided I liked it. I was used to a tub full of water, loud agitation and spinning sounds assuring me that these clothes were getting clean! Technology has changed many things....little water, sensing the load size to determine how much water to use,and washing and spinning quietlyand efficiently . It's been about three weeks or so and now I love it....all my "old school" ways are gone and I'm loving it!
