It is a very nice washer and appears to be really high quality, but struggling with the washer cycle. It takes really long to do even a small load. Time to get the manual out. Delivery was good, but unit had a dent in the back.

This washer replaced our GE washer and very pleased with this Samsung. Quieter in wash and spin cycles, plus cleaner clothes. A great buy.

This top loader replaced a front loader. We love how it works - the agitator is quiet and the design is energy efficient. It wrings out the clothes much better so less dryer time is needed.

Good looking washer and dryer. So far both machines are working as described. Got these units for a good price on sale. Delivery and installation from Best Buy was fast, efficient and the delivery guys were courteous.

Ordered this washer on Memorial Day weekend and took advantage of free shipping. It was delivered on the scheduled date and time. I received a call from a representative the night before and then again the next morning from the deliverymen saying that they were on the way. That in my opinion is very professional and my thanks to all involved. It was installed properly and without hassle and I immediately ran the calibration cycle with ease. My wife really likes this washer and is happy with how well it operates (it runs about 8-10 loads a week with half done on one day during the weekends). It does its job and so far there have been no significant issues. However on the spin cycle it sounds like a microwave set on high and can be a bit annoying. Overall I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new one.

We looked around for a little bit before deciding, Best Buy service was great. no pressure and the folks on the floor were very helpful. we actually visited the showroom 4 times before purchasing, and went to other stores as well.

Much quieter than my previous washing machine. Washes large loads including queen size comforter well. Easy to use.

This is a quality wash machine. At this price point you can't go wrong. Several different cycles. There are set cycles based on how dirty your clothes are and you can also adjust the time on these cycles. This is an energy efficient wash machine, so with that said it takes about 56 minutes for a light load. The wash machine takes the detergent that is meant for EF machines, which this one is. We bought this machine is February, and started hearing a loud noise during the spin cycle about 3 weeks ago. Service has already been out and thinks it's the motor. This is a little concerning since this machine is only a little over 4 months old and we do not do excessive laundry washing by any stretch. The motor is being replaced for free as I bought the extended warranty, but a little concerned with how new it is to have such a main part go out so early. I had read this on previous reviews, so that's why I bought the extended warranty. This machine may be a lemon, and if it is I know it will be replaced, and that's the chance you take when buying any major appliance. My wife really likes this wash machine, so that's why we would purchase again if we had to do over. Like I said this is a good middle of the pack wash machine, and if had to do over again, would still probably purchase it, but I would highly recommend buying the extended warranty for piece of mind.

We recently replaced our broken washer with this new one and are very happy with it so far. The only drawback is that the wash cycles take far too long to run.

I read many reviews and compared washers from all different brands. I originally wanted to have a front loader but because of the space I was limited to I ended up getting this top loader. I really enjoy the different features and it's really quiet. The only thing that I don't think it has is the capability to do small loads instead of just a normal size load. Other than that, I really recommend this washer if you're looking for a reliable, quiet and good size product.

Nice washing machine. Very large capacity. Cleans clothes very well and they come out nearly dry so less time in the dryer.

I had the previous model, and was happy with it. But this one is much quieter and i feel like the clothes come out cleaner.

When I did my 1st load of clothes I didn't even realize the washer was even on. It's so quiet and efficient Best Buy ever.

3 Guys came and dropped it off on the day of my move. In and out within 10 minutes. Took 10-15 minutes to hookup. Use is several times a day and it works like a charm.
