Washer works pretty good but doesn't seem submerge clothes to fill with enough water. Doesn't submerge clothes in enough water to cover clothes when washing. Does get clothes clean I don't know how though. Wouldn't buy another washer like this though. Would opt for the old fashioned agitator type next time.

So far im satisfied. Quiet and energy efficient. Took a little bit to get used to the washing method. Clothes are clean smell fresh.

We had been using a front loader for years and pretty much hated every minute of it. Bought this as a replacement to our LG front loader and it was the best decision we could have made. For the money, it's a no brainer!

I've only had it for a week, but it is a very nice washer and good value. I like the open drum and the choice of many different cycles. The only disappointment is that I was told that the drum was lighted and it is not.

Worth paying a little extra for this washer. Easy to use and good on clothes. Top door is nice compared to front opening door because does not retain moisture and have the mildew smell. Only potential issue may be the flimsy detergent fill pop out compartment.

I'm so glad I purchased this washer! My first time purchase on an appliance. I was going to purchase the next step down from these but the price difference wasn't much and these had a lot more features. Its been almost a month now and I've used almost every option it has and have no complaints. Very sturdy and efficient.

This was an exchange to replace a broken open box deal that we bought. Best Buy was wonderful. The washer is nice but Best Buy is what I recomend.

New washers don't have the agitator in steel tub so you have to place the clothes as if there is one. great washer. Deep tub so especially good for tall people.

Very quiet. Takes longer than what I was used to but clothes come out very dry after the spin cycle is complete.

WAITED A LONG TIME FOR AN UPGRADE, AND THIS IS A REALLY NICE WASHER. I LOVE IT!!! WHEN THE LAUNDRY IS DONE, I DID NOT KNOW MY WASHER PLAYS MUSIC. SO VERY COOL!!
