Very quiet washing. Easy to use. Not much water used and clothes smell fresh.

I must say, it truly is an Amazing washing maching. This is the first top loader we have had in many years. We used to have the front end loaders. They were nice too, but I really very partial to this one.

This is my very first brand new washer I have always used the old school agitator ones. We looked around for a couple months and after man YouTube and online reviews I grabbed this one. I'm very happy with our new washer it's so much larger inside can hold so much more cloths. I do wish I would of gotten the 4.8 or 5.0 cu ft just cause in my household we wash so much cloths.

Simple to operate, quiet running, does a good cleaning job, looks good and matches well with the dryer.

I purchased this washer because the old one was too old and didn't do the job well. The washer is great and works perfect. Has lots of mode and easy to control, do the job. However, the washer didn't soak enough the clothing. I don't know it is because it is High Efficiency model or it is top-load. Anyway, I would love it if it washes little better than now but because of that, I am thinking return and purchase another one, if possible.

We have had this washing machine for five weeks. The pros are a nice deep tub which holds extra large laundry loads, easy to program for any type of laundry load and a self equalizing feature so it's not ever off balance. What makes me scratch my head as a con is you can't manually adjust the water levels. It's so automatic that it decides the water levels and the water amount doesn't cover the clothes. It also doesn't spin out as well as it should.

This thing washed clothes like you wouldn't believe. They are so clean. So fresh and so clean. You know what that means. Now and Later. Gum drop. Jelly beans.

You pay good money and it works the money. We returned the new wirthepool for the Samsung ones and 200 dollars on difference, and we're happy with the new ones. Yes, I recommend to everyone. "All day long".

Have had this washer for about a 6 weeks. Haven't had any problems. It's relatively quiet. Was a little concerned about not being able to pick my water level but my clothes are clean when the cycle is done. I've spot checked a few times & I don't think it's using more water than necessary. I had a front load washer before & am used to not using a lot of laundry soap. I do have to use more soap but my clothes smell cleaner now than with the front load. So I am happy.

I like this washer, HE, top loader. Cleans very well and less wear and tear on clothes. Only problem is detergent dispenser cup retains a lot of water after every wash. Best Buy replace dish quickly but no change in problem. Other owners complain of same problem on line and advise to just 'live with it'. Unfort. Samsung customer services is unable to help anyone with same problem. Design flaw?? Recommend with dispenser caveat.

Maybe it's because i went from having crapty old washers but this thing is awesome. You don't have to select a "Size of load" as it auto adjusts the amount of water needed specifically for each load.

Samsung appliances are the best. Received a whole house of them and they a quiet and BB delivery service was top notch!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our washer, the tub washes clean without twisting, thus less chance of tearing clothes.

I have no issues with this washing machine. Besides having the ability fine tune your wash cycle for your laundry's care, there is nothing else to it. It does its job well. I initially had reservations because I read reviews of this washer not loading enough water to clean the laundry, but I have not encountered that issue. I have washed towels, blankets, and heavy clothes and they were all cleaned appropriately. I do question how those reviewers loaded their washing machine and if they selected the correct cycle, which is a very important factor of how the machine will wash each load. In any event, awesome washer and nothing else to it.
