I like the separate compartment for putting in detergent and softener and the machine dispenses at the appropriate time. It functions quietly and has many settings for all kinds of loads.

Love it so far .. I love the notification sounds when the washing is done .. The only thing I don't like is it woes not full up with water

Best washer I've ever owned. Quiet while running. Cleans perfectly. Love the quick cycle and the large drum.

If you want a top load washer that has space like a side loading washer this one may meet folks' needs.

I love this washer, plenty of room in it and it washes my clothes as expected, it even plays a little tune when it is done instead of the obnoxious loud buzz like the order washers. The only down fall is it has a long run time but I think most energy efficient ones do for some odd reason but this one does offer a quick wash which is awesome.

I typically don't use all the fancy features on the new appliances of today. This does the job.

When I read the reviews for this washer, I was excited for this purchase. But after washing several loads, some of them twice, I had expected the clothes to be clean. This washer does a mediocre job of getting clothes clean. I had wished for something with a better "clean", like getting at least the smell of b.o. out, for beginners. The tub does not really move the clothes around, it swishes them from side to side, in a semi circular motion. Very disappointed! Three stars was really giving it some...

Needed a washer in a hurry. some stores wanted to deliver in 7-10 days. best buy delivered and installed in two. compared price was the beat and everyone. good choice.

I have owned this washer for about a month and a half and have already realized how awesome it is due to all of its cool features! For starters, it is definitely top of the line, and has helped immensely by allowing the majority of our laundry to get washed in a single load. For our three-generation family of eight (grandma, mom, dad, and five kids), we used to have to do umpteen-billion loads of laundry each day to stay on top of things, but now only do a load every day or two. This has really helped keep the laundry room clear of clothes that in times past have built up so much you could hardly walk through! Secondly, the different settings are easy to switch between and the timer makes it very clear how much time you have left on the load, so you can continue other work without wondering if it has stopped or not. It also has a lovely chime-song that plays at the end of the load to let you know it's done. If you are within earshot, the song plays long enough that there will be no mistake that the load is ready to take out. It's not an annoying buzzer to ruin your moments of tranquility, so it won't matter if you don't jump on it immediately to get it to stop. Lastly, the automatic wash feature helps keep the mold and mildew from building up, which was a problem with our last washer. It has an indicator light that reminds you when to run it for a self-clean cycle, so all you have to do is hit power, press self-clean and start. That's it! I imagine we will be getting our money's worth and much more out of this for the coming years. Thank you Samsung!

We have not purchased a new washer in over 15 years. They have really changed. We went with the Samsung because the ratings were high and its won some awards. I am very pleased with the washer. I was shocked to find out that it figures out how much water it needs for a load. It concerned me and I didn't think the clothes would be clean. My clothes are so clean and smell so fresh! We love it.

I always wanted a front loader until I got a steal on this washer. NO COMPLAINTS RUNS GREAT.

I absolutely love this dryer! IT doesn't have a light inside and I didn't notice it in the store and would've got a different model had I known. Otherwise a great product

LOve the washer. The only I do not like is the child proof lock but have gotten used to it so doesn't bother me much. I am short so its a little hard to get to the bottom of the washer. Found a stool so now I don't have any problems. Love the washer and the matching dryer. Gets the clothes really dry on the spin cycle. LOve LOve love.

The washer is so much quieter than our old one. Love that it self adjusts the weight of the clothes. The washer drum is large and holds large items. Great value and love the look of it.
