The Jury is still out, but seems very good. The installation was questionable. Have a tech coming to check it out.

Features to choose type of laundry and really gets them clean. My clothes and linens etc are so much cleaner than when I used my old traditional adjitator style machine.

This machine has, so far, been wonderful. It cleans our clothes well. It's quiet, too!

Easy to operate and understand. Does a very large load.

We got this washer to go with a Samsung dryer and the first load of toddler clothes came out still dirty. Maybe we didn't have the soil level set on the right thing? After a couple loads like that we found out the dryer wasn't working and we didn't want to wash anymore clothes without a working dryer. We ended up returning it with the dryer and getting a different brand.

Clean clothes very well, quiet, plenty od room and can be uaed to maximum capacity.

Bought it because it was a returned open item and my washer had died. Laundry was piling up. It does okay as long as the clothes aren't too dirty. Plays a really long jingle when done. Don't feel like there is enough water to clean the clothes. Have had clumps of powdered detergent that did not dissolve even after the longest setting was used. Found that the bedding feature gives extra water in the machine if necessary - select that if I am washing dirty blue jeans. Big down side is the manual says don't wash tennis shoes in it or rugs as the dirt will settle to the bottom gum up the drain - waiting to see as we live in a dusty environment. Preferred my front loader as it seemed to clean better and do the laundry that I wanted it to do.

Easy to load and packed with great features, I had my eye on this washer from Samsung for quite some time. I'm so happy that I finally bit the bullet and bought this!

Works as expected. Easy to use with useful programs. Noise is low.

This washer has a nice large drum and is extremely quiet. The pre-set cycles are appropriate and easy to use. The wash cycles do take a bit of time and I wish the sound to signal end of cycle was a bit louder but it does what it's supposed to do well. With it's large drum, I'm doing fewer loads which is a plus.

This washer has so many features and is a nice size. I haven't had this much phone washing clothes in quite some time.

So far so good. It saves time and cleans well. We've only had it a few weeks and most of the bad reviews start a few months in. Keeping our fingers crossed.
