The washing machine is very quiet and works perfectly. Highly recommended!

This is my first experience with computer pre-programmed washer. It's amazing that I don't have to guess at the water level. This is also my first experience with a washer with no agitator. At first I was skeptical but it cleans wonderfully. The soap dispenser is handy and doesn't take much to clean my clothes better than any washer I've ever had. I do like this machine.

This machine cleans the clothes very well, but it does make some weird noises as it begins its cycle.

The size of this washer is perfect. So far, I've been able to wash large loads of bedding, clothes, or towels with no problem. The tub is huge. It takes a little bit longer than usual to wash a load (about 60min), not sure if that's the usual for new washers these days. But it also has a quick-wash setting that runs completely in about 30min. Overall, this is a great product.

This Samsung holds so much and does a subpurb job cleaning everything.

So this washer has a huge tub, But I've found that i run smaller loads because the washer becomes unbalanced very easy. I didn't feel it washed our comforter very good. Looks like it uses very little water, so is that efficient or not getting my clothes clean? Thats what I'm still trying to figure out.

Has nine settings, from delicate to bedding to normal. No, complaints.

No issues to date. Installation went smooth. A good choice for a washer for those that do not need 50 different options when doing a load.

The only thing I wish was different about this washer is that I wish the Aquajet feature was available on all the settings and not just some.
