My washer is a keeper but if I had know it would take SO LONG to wash a load I probably would not have gotten it. It is rather loud in a small house. I have a laundry cubby, not a room with a door I can shut. I am extremely pleased with how clean my clothes are. If you are short: I am 5'-8" tall. If I was a few inches shorter I would need longer arms are a step ;) I am keeping it. I would not buy one like it in the future

probably the best washer i've owned. very efficient with lots of settings. Plus the top lid is transparent so you can see it actually doing it's job (if that's what you're into.)

Instead of getting one of the fancier looking washer/dryer combos, I got a plain ole white one. But I still wanted one that looked good. This Samsung one looked good, and there was a great sale on them at the time, so the price was perfect. Since having it, I haven't regretted my decision! I wouldn't go back and change it.

Our old washer was "off kilter" for months, but we hung on as long as we could...when estimating repairs for the old machine, would have almost been as much as a new machine! Luckily, we saw this gorgeous Samsung washer,,,,and loved the absent inner agitator, and got it on the last day of the labor day sale at a great price...Perfect! works great.

Has a large tub which is great but make sure you can reach to bottom of tub because it is quite deep.

I can't figure out if this product is operating properly. It barely fills the tub to a level still lower than the clothes put into it. I'm not use to this. Maybe I just need to get used to the new technology. Clothes seem to be clean. This evaluation suggests that I say if I would recommend this to a friend. I am not sure because I don't know how it's supposed to operate. So when you see "yes" please know my misgivings.
