GETTING USED TO HAVING NO AGATOR.

The washer is easy to use and very intuitive. My only negative was: after telling us the extras - we would need and coving the cost, I was quite surprised to see a $60 delivery charge while it had not been disclosed along with the rest of the information.

We went through Samsung's process and got a replacement washer. This one works OK, although since this is the first High Efficiency washer we owned, it took some getting used to.

Great washer!

This top load holds more clothes, they feel cleaner, and smell great! The tub is HUGE making it a breeze to wash blankets and bedding. Its pretty quiet after the water fills and plays a loud little jingle to let me know its finished.
