Takes getting use to as the water does fill all the way at first. After a couple washes it worked itself out and now runs like a champ

Samsung has always been my favorite appliance manufacture when it comes to the laundry room. Love the look and performance of the units.

I love my new Samsung washing machine. It cleans well and has plenty of room inside, especially since it has no center agitator. It does take longer to wash each load, but it does so gently and efficiently. The controls are fairly easy to use and conveniently located.

Great product and service, although, we would have preferred a phone call instead of just an email when our appointment was rescheduled.

We've had this washer for a couple months now ..so that's why I only give it 4 stars.But I do like the ease of being able to remove your clothes without the agitator getting on the way.The clothes always come out clean.The load size is really great as well .5 stars if it continues to be great like its has been.

Nice and quiet washer. Does the job but still figuring out all the features. It's a little confusing but so far so good.

not happy with installation, they could not hook up the washer because we needed a connection, which they did not have, told us we had to buy it on our own. Best Buy could not help us, they had no clue what to do, so we had to hook it up ourself, this should never have happened, very poor. I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone buying an appliance, I am still not sure my machine is working correctly.

This new Samsung washer was just installed. Look is awesome. Has more features that we first thought. Hoping the electronics last.

Easy to use, quiet and so far so issues. Only problem is that it is a bit taller than former washer, when lid is open it hits the shelving installed above and won't stay up ... new project: move the shelving up. May be hard for very short person to reach all the way to the bottom of the tub to remove items.

Installers only carry in, do not setup. However, the product is very modern and works great.

Love the wash machine. Large capacity, washes great.

No noise and smooth. . ONLY set back is it reccomends a self cleaning every 5 washes.

These products are awesome. Love all of the features. The delivery guys were awesome, too.

After debating for weeks about getting an HE washer because of negative reviews I have to say I am very happy with this one. I have it for a few weeks now and my clothes are getting clean and my towels and bedding are too. Went with this one because it has a waterproof cycle.
