We weren't having any issues with our previous Samsung washer, but since it was part of a mass recall we had to replace or have it repaired. We opted for replacement. I hope this 1 will be safe to use & not have a recall. So far it is as good, if not slightly better than our previous model.

If there were bugs, they were worked out. This machine works flawlessly, is incredible efficient and has every setting I need. My old washer was 10 years old so I was in the dark on the latest washers. No balancing the load, no wasted water as the load is weighed and the washer sets itself. Highly recommended.

I love my new Samsung Washing machine. I hope it will last a lifetime!

Living in apartments I've used several different brands, usually Whirlpool, and am really pleased with the Samsung performance, style, and ease of use. I highly recommend this one for the top loading aspect and at the price offered. I've had a lot of issues with front loading machines and none with this.

We got this washer because we are big fans of Samsung, it is one of the few brands we trust. This is hands down the best washer I have ever used. It has a lot of cool features and it is not loud (compared to other washers we have used). I recommend this to anyone who is budget conscious and is looking for a high quality product.

The new washing machine works perfectly. No complaints and very large capacity.

The washing cycles are really quiet, though not always the quickest depending on the settings and leaves detergent residue on clothes- will have to drastically reduce the amount of detergent used and hope this resolves the issue.

Have been happy so far! What concerned me was that the wash cycle did not have enough water, but pleasantly surprised that everything came out clean. Easily washed a bedspread and rugs. Because the spin cycle is efficient, drying takes less time. The drum is deep, so a bit difficult to get things out for a shortie like me.

Another great product from Samsung. I have all new Samsung kitchen appliances too.

We replaced our 15 yr old washer with this one. We love it! Couldn't be more happier. The only issue I have is that it is so deep, I have to really struggle to get clothes out sometimes. I have washed our comforter with no problem. We have been very happy with all of our Samsung products.
