Yes, Size does matter...... In this washer, I can finally get all my king sized quilts cleaned. I have pets, and keeping things in my home is important. Keeping the Dry Cleaning bills down or non-existent is even more important. This washer gives me this opportunity.

I told all my friends if they buy a wash machine to choose the Samsung. We love it!!

We have had this washer for a little over a week now and so far the results have been very good. Setting up the machine for its first use would have been easier if the enclosed manual would have been for the model we purchased. You must calibrate the machine before it's first use which also includes running a rinse spin cycle. After that the machine automatically weighs the laundry to determine the right amount of water based on your settings. The real test of this model will come over time. Reliability.

beats the lg that coded on every other load after the FIX they did for the spin problem

Washer is great, very quiet, nice controls ! The only issue we've seen so far is that sometimes the spin doesn't work properly and the clothes are really wet, so we re-spin and it's fine, not sure if were doing something wrong, but that's the only issue so far.

Great washer and I love the child safety lock on it even tho the children do there laundry now

I had a front loader washer and dryer and replaced it with this item and the matching dryer....I love this set so much better than the front loaders!!!

The washer is nice. the cycles take along time. Even the quick wash is over a half hour

They are very easy to use. Love the different choices for laundry. Also like the wrinkle free cycle on the dryer. I don't have to hang up my tops to dry. They come out of the dryer wrinkle free without shrinking!

The machine works as expected, quite silent and has a lot of configuration options. I would have loved a manual water level control as the auto-sensing is not quite accurate most of the time. Still satisfied with overall quality of the machine.

Not enough water and turns really slow. I set every load on the bedding cycle so it will have more water. Just hope my clothes are getting clean. All washers now are energy efficient and do the same thing.

Top load like this one are a lot better than side load, I'm happy with this specially my wife
