Easy to operate

This eliminates deciding on the size of the load. The only complaint I have is that I am short and have a hard time reaching into the deep tub to retrieve clothes at the bottom.

Very good machine

We replaced an LG machine that was only 3 years old and had problems balancing for the last year. This Samsung is an excellent machine. Clothes come out practically dry.

I received a Brand New One with the recall and I recommend this product. Easy to use and fits bedding. It makes very little noise and I would buy this product in the future.

Great large capacity washer and dryer

Once I understood how to use them, it was fairly easy. Don't have to guess about how much water to use the machine does it for me.

This machine has sounds it plays when u turn it on and when it is done. Very quiet u can hardly tell it is running. Excellent for the price.
