Could not be any more happy with this product! Had never purchased a Samsung appliance before, but am now convinced that they make great appliances, and not just phones or tvs :) :) also love how quiet this washer is!!

My daughter has this machine and I used it at her house..it was a little amazing because of no agitator..took some getting used to, however, it is very energy efficient..uses only the water it needs, and does a great job

Purchased this washer because old one started leaking. Got this one as an open box buy, and saved some money. So far it has been a good washer. It is a little noisier that the Maytag we had, and the cycle finish alarm is not as loud. It is a top load, so a shorter person may have a problem reaching all the way down into the tub without stretching. Also, because it is a top load, accessibility might be a problem in confined space. However, no complaints on the basic operation.

I'm not going to write anything technical... I just love this machine. It does what it says and I am pleased with how clean the clothes come out and the efficiency of the machine. If you're looking for a new washer, I say, "Buy it!"

I love the washer dryer set I purchased! There are multiple wash cycles available. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to shorten the length of the standard wash...but it's quiet and does a great job!

My previous washer was really loud during some spin cycles. This one is like a dream. I love the sound it makes when the washing is over.

After about two and a half months, I feel comfortable saying this is an excellent Washing Machine, and well worth the price. It's surprising simple to use, and gives you lots of options for a wide range of settings.

Purchased this after the new year, looking for something slim enough to fit into my 2 bedroom/bath apartment. I wanted something that was considered newer technology, had some really great features, and would be affordable. I found this HE washer on sale and decided to take a chance on it after reading all of the good, bad, and the ugly reviews on the website. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. After performing various types of cycles, I found that my fears were unfounded and that my unit functioned great out of the box. Some great things to be said about it are: (1) washes a lot of clothes without an agitator (very quiet); (2) clothes come out very, very clean, and no detergent residue whatsoever; (3) spin cycle almost has the clothes dry, depending on the mix of small, mediums, and larges; (4) uses enough water to completely submerge loads prior to spin cycle; and (5) plays a nice little tune at the end. The only con I really have to say about this machine is that, depending on how much clothes and their soil level, this washer does take sometimes more than an hour to deep clean compared to a traditional machine, but it gets the job done very effectively when it's all programmed and done. Clothes come out smelling and looking great, so it's worth the wait time. Couple this with its electric dryer counterpart (DV45H7000EW/A2) and the two are a match made in heaven. If you are on the fence about purchasing this unit, based solely on the 3-star and below reviews, don't always believe into all of those bad experiences. You have to try it for yourself and see if an HE machine is right for you. Buy the unit, get a warranty, and read the instruction manual carefully before operation, using the appropriate HE detergents recommendations, fabric softeners, and the like. Use the knowledge provided by the manufacturer and other life hacks to maintain your washer's efficiently and longevity, and you surely can't go wrong unless you are the unfortunate fellow who bought a lemon. That is life. It happens. Get over it.
