This washing machine has plenty of capacity and cleans very efficiently. Top loaders aren't prone to the smell you can get with a front loader. Highly recommended.

Love my new washing machine, no more leaky front loader!!!

We upgraded to this washer from an old Roper washer (that was still working). I debated rather to get this one or a front load. I went with top load because of complaints i'd heard about front loads, and I wanted to be able to add clothes after starting a cycle. So far, we love this washer! It's deep, but at 5'4" I can reach the bottom. I'm really amazed how much we can fit into it in one load. What use to require two loads in our old washer is now one. I don't have a bad thing to say about it.

Washer works good at washing clothes, plenty of room for comforters, looks amazing and even plays a fancy tune when washing is complete. Really like this washer.

Very happy with this purchase. I didn't want all the bells and whistles, just a good machine that will get laundry clean. Since machine we were replacing was an antique, I consider this to have more than I need.

Great washer, this is our second one due to choosing to replace it from the recall. We had the option to purchase a different brand but we honestly love this washer (and the matching dryer). Great purchase!

Takes huge loads. Quiet good cleaning. Many useful feattures

Machine works great! The tub is a good size so you get all sizes of loads done efficiently. The machine works quietly. Have never owned a Samsung but the salesman highly recommended it. Glad we listened to him.

This washer plays a cute song when it starts and finishes but does not clean well. Even using the extra rinse the clothes often have streaks of grime or detergent on them. I would definitely go back to a machine with an agitator bar if I had the option!

Selection was predicated on footprint size due to laundry room configuration. This is a BASIC unit that does everything I need it to and more. Easy hookup and no setup required .... essentially "plug and play". It is QUIET on both wash and spin cycles. I was cautioned that it may appear to allow insufficient water based on old unit usage where the water level is manually determined by selecting the load size. This unit analyzes the load and only admits the necessary amount of water to do the job. Have only used it a few times and so far I am pleased with the purchase and the results!

It takes almost an hour to wash a load of clothes and i struggle to understand how that is efficient but its is awesome to use and makes it fun to wash clothes with the tune it plays when it is complete. Can wash large loads!
