Perfect washer highly recommend from many peoples!

This washer has a HUGE capacity and does an excellent job with even the most delicate of items. If you are short, you may need a stool to retrieve items as the drum is very deep. Highly recommended!

I like the see through lid. I love that you can pick the cycle, water temperature and Eco water temp. The multiple choices of soil level increases the time of the wash cycle. Also the type of fabric and load size.

It's wonderful! Quiet, efficient and huge capacity

1st washer delivered with internal and external dents. Best Buy let us use it for 10 days till the replacement machine came. It came with one minor dent. After a week of use, odd grinding noises came from it. Random, so hard to pinpoint what the cause was. A few days later, the lid would not unlock. After unsuccessful support calls with Samsung, I got a call 4 days later. The door did unlock and it worked fine for 3 days. Now every wash cycle is broke. It starts with the pump trying to drain water that isn't in the machine yet. After 6 minutes, it shuts off. I've had it 3 weeks. I'm taking it back to Best Buy first thing in the morning.

I settled for this washer because the 4.8 would've taken a month to get, wish I would've waited. This washer looks very nice and does an ok job. Fits plenty of stuff (even my king comforter) but just doesn't do a great job! Its ok for now but I think the 1989 Kenmore I was using before did a better job actually cleaning .

This Samsung washing machine works great. It can hold large loads of laundry. I like when I transfer the clothes you can tell it reached hot temperatures because the clothes all feel warm.

I am absolutely in love with the washer super quiet u will walk away forgetting is actually running still I have a new found love for washing clothes now. Easy to use u will not be disappointed.

This is actually the second time that I have purchased this model (first was recalled by Samsung, and the rebate I was offered covered the purchase of a new machine--that says something to me about whether or not the company will stand behind their product.) The machine is quiet and works great. At first I was a bit peeved by the wash times (up to 88 minutes per cycle) but the machine wrings so much water out of the items that are being washed that you save on drying time. I love that it automatically senses what size load it is, and doesn't waste water as a result. Great product! Plus it plays a little song when it's done, which is actually quite helpful.

I love the state of the Art settings on the washer. It clean well and easy to use also love how it gives you the time it will be complete!!!!
