I'm loving my new washer. Very easy to use, modern, and works great! It has a lot of room to wash larger loads and even bedding. I love the easy to use digital options.

Read the reviews and has been a great washer. We like the depth and how much we can put in the washer. Have had it a couple of months and have no complaints so far.

Replacing my 10 year old agitator washer with this washer was a learning experience for me. Easy to operate. Thinking is not required. So far, everything works well.

I really like the new technology that this washer has and pause button if you need to add more clothes. It fits most of my comforters since there is no middle agitator

The new Samsung washing machine does a quiet and water efficient wash. And the main thing--"the wife is happy with it" !!!

I bought this on open box, after it had been returned due to a ding on the surface. I had no experience with a top load HE washer, but the reviews on quite a few were not very good. However, I needed a washer and went with it. It works very well, for the washing I do. However, heavily soiled items do need 2-3 wash cycles before getting clean. You also much watch how you load it, heavier items on the bottom and lighter on top. As of yet I have not used the fabric softener or bleach trays, so I can not say anything about them. Overall this is a decent washer.

This is actually the first brand new washing machine I have ever purchased and am completely satisfied with its technology and ease of use. It is a great machine.

We've never had a high efficiency washer so this one is awesome. It's easy to use and plays this cute little song whenever a cycle is finished. We love it!

Love my new washer. Had it about a month and a half now. It's SO quiet! I live in an apartment and hear my washer less than the neighbor's next door.

Love it make sure you always follow the directions on how to put the clothes in the washer. It always has to be level

I've had this washer for 4 weeks now and still can't figure out how to change laundry selections, ie, darks, delicates, whites, etc. The manual is awful

Decided on this washer after reading reviews. So far so good. It's very quiet and the tub in it is huge. Can fit so much more in it then my previous washer.

Excellent washer. Cleans my clothes better than my old washer. Many choices for types of clothing being washed.

Apparently cannot use both powered detergent and liquid (Oxiclean) in same wash. There is a great deal of energy expended to make an attractive product but then suggest that when not in use the top lid should be opened to allow for the evaporation of remaining water in washer. This is c0ommon for front loading washers also. The manufacturer shoud design the washer with the ability to vent via a less obtrusive and visibly unattractive manner.

I've had the set for about a month now. No complains at this point. I hope they dont break down any time soon and that they last a long time.
