Great upgrade to my previous may tag ! Was a little scared moving away from brand but not at all that bad for price! Washing is easy and it's spacious !

Had for 3 months, it works great. Love the digital aspects like the countdown until the cycle is finished. I also like the delay option, nice to put in when I leave for work and have it finish when I get home. Read the book, it tells you how to operate and what all the symbols mean. Like that it has the self clean option, although I haven't noticed any smells. I do keep the lid open after each use so the drum airs/dries out. Only problem is occasionally when we put towels is it gets uneven. Overall, I highly recommend the washer, it's even interesting to watch the cycles through the glass lid.

Really like this washer. No issues with it. Got it for a great deal. Wish the black colored otption was so much more expensive though.

although the washer is working great, the wash time for some of the loads are extremely long. for example bedding the wash time is 80 minutes

I like this washer. The start up can be startling at first b/c it calibrates the load but you get use to it. Overall it does a good job.

This machine is easy to use and does a great job washing the clothes. A cool feature is that it plays music when your load is done.

We've washed many loads, and it does a great job. My only thing is it seems the cycles are a bit long but it washes really big loads.

Works really well, handles huge loads. I like the feature that displays the exact amount of time remaining before the wash cycle is complete.

We had to purchase a new washer and dryer since our old dryer broke on us. We definitely wanted a top loading washer but we were on a budget. We also needed a much larger washer than our previous outdated one. This is so large that I can't wear clothes fast enough to do laundry! It's just my husband and I, and we have TWO three bin laundry sorters and they are always filled to way above capacity. (We can probably go a few months without washing all laundry.) it takes longer than before but I'll sacrifice 30mins if it saves me the time of 3 loads.

I really like this washer the only down side I found is when it's washing heavy items like bedding, a heavy blanket or something it stops and you have to fix it from being lop sided and not being able to spin so you kinda have to keep an eye on it when washing those things or else it will just sit in there until it gets fixed. -__- and sometimes you have to fix it several times other than that it's pretty good.

i love the samsung washer it is quick and it holds alot of laundry way better than my front load washer that took forever to wash

This is my second top load washer after Samsung recalled the first one. So far so good. Does a great job of getting clothes clean.

The automatically adjusting water level does not always add enough water and clothes sometimes come out with detergent still on them.

I bought this set when my set had had it.It is very pleasing to the eye the control panel looks modern also. Very Very quiet. I guess the only complaints are I'm 5"2 and have a hard time reaching into the drum of the washer. 2nd the regular wash is around an hour long ,but I just use the quick wash which works just fine and is a little over 30min. The drum is so big I fit 2 queen size blankets with extra room

Does all it needs to. Plenty of room, nice design. We have one with activwash as well, wish we had got.this one for both recall replacements

My 15year old Maytag washer with agitator seemed to clean clothes more effectively than this new one. Hopefully, it's just operator error and I'll get better using the fancy controls.

Great size tub saves so much time. I love the time delay and the tub clean. Works perfect. Got cranberry sauce stain out of winter white jeans. Very quiet

Love this washer. My husband helps me wash now that's how easy they are to use.

This washer replaces our previous washer that was part of the recall. We have had no issues with either washer and clothes come out clean.

This top loading washer is amazing. It actually removes the dirt from the clothes AS it washes them!!! What more could you ask for in a washer.
