We did our research and come to find out Samsung was one of the top rated Washer and Dryers on the market. After making the purchase and hooking these bad boys up, the wife is just loving the pair, by far a better washer and dryer than whirlpool or even Maytag... And in this price range, they have a great look. Here is to many many years of loads!!!!

Easy to use. Must load properly, especially towels or it will keep going through spin cycle

This washer is huge!! fits king size bedding just fine. Clothes come out clean smelling great.

To begin, we have a small family and did not feel we needed the most expensive washer. We wanted a name brand at a reasonable price, and that is what we purchased. One feature I like is the many selections I have depending on what I am washing. A feature that amazes me is that my clothes are actually clean using such a small amount of water. Although we have only had this washer for a short period of time, I think we selected a good one.

My wife loves it so I love it. Water efficient and quiet. Wife likes the top loader.

Outside of the reason for the initial recall, this washer is very dependable and easy to use.

The washing machine is a smooth running machine doesn't created that much loud noise

I didn't like it at first since the water level didn't come up high enough. Some clothes do not come out clean (i.e. underarms still have a faint odor). I recommend putting clothes that need to be cleaner on the bottom since the ones on top might not come out so clean. First time with no agitator in the middle. I've never had to do a pre-soak or 2nd wash and I'm not starting now since this is supposed to save energy.

This washer is so quiet. Only uses enough water for the load. No waste of water. I love it.

so far we are very pleased, cleans clothes very well ,quiet and does everything its supposed to.
