The only down side is that I'm only had it a month now and I'm already getting error codes and it won't run any more. I washed a pillow on the setting it told me to and the washer ripped mi pillow to shreds and all the fluff has clogged up the spinning portion of the washer. I've had to put in a warranty claim.

I've discovered all the same things. The salesmen praised this washer to the skies. Now to get any decent washing from it, I pause it and add more water. How can anything clean in 3 inches of water? I don't have kids so the clothes really don't look dirty when they go it, but I did have a pair of jeans with chocolate on them. OK. I said. Good test. I even did a pre-soak. They had the chocolate grease still on them when they came out. The agitation is very gentle. Too gentle. The white socks look dingy. Of course this machine won't hurt your clothes- a common complaint for high efficiency washers. I'd read up on them and still bought one. Live and learn. I gave two stars because it's pretty. I gave too many.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear your clothes aren't coming clean enough, Unhappy. Please try running the Calibrate Mode as suggested in the User Manual. This should ensure the weight sensors are functioning properly so the washer fills with the appropriate amount of water. Please also make sure you select the ideal temperature and are pre-treating stains as necessary. If whites are looking dingy, it may be due to using too much or non-HE detergent, since this can leave suds in the clothes. Be sure to use no more than the recommended amount of HE detergent.

Definitely does not get clothes as clean as a washer with agitation. I assume this is because it uses less water and does not agitate the clothes as well.
