Got it at a great price and it works very efficiently

Have no issues and is a great product for the price. Have two issues, it's so deep, being a short person I need a step stool to reach the bottom, and I've watched the wash cycle and am worried that it does not fill with water to cover the clothes. I've rewarded a load because a garment never got wet during the wash cycle.

This brand was purchased because of its high ratings. The initial unit installed had a bad valve and leaked water continuously into the tub through the detergent dispenser drawer. Best Buy was responsive and changed out the unit in a fairly timely manner. The second unit has worked well (so far).

I had done a bit of research on-line and am happy with the purchase of this washer! I especially love the "waterproof" wash cycle as I have baby bedding (mattress pads) and other items that need this type of cycle-- which is actually missing from my higher end, more expensive washer I have downstairs. Great buy.

Salesman directed us toward samsung over whirlpool as a better quality product. However, after very long cycles, my clothes do not come out clean. Small areas of dirt remained after 80 minutes in cycle necessitating an additional presoak cycle for routine cleaning. How do you return a used washer?

This was a replacement washer for the one we bouhght 90 days ago because of its safety recall. It was on sale for a great price. Cost a little bit more than we had spent originally but well worth it. Bigger and quieter. As always, Best Buys made it easy peasy to handle the recall and get the replacement.

We really like the top loader, with no agitater. It really fits a lot! Seems to get our clothes nice and clean. Hoping this machine last longer than our last one. Our locking mechanism shorted out on us before, but it was luckily under the one year warranty and it was fully replaced.
