This is one of the BEST energy saving washer that doesn't clean clothes.

The washer is really nice and spacious though you need to ensure you spread the clothes all around... if not it will tumble towards one side more... and creating a loud noise of it moving around and can cause it to shut off...

This machine allows you to choose temperature, spin speed, and soil level as well as load type. It is self-cleaning and even reminds you when it's time to clean. I love it!

Had to get used to it because it has no agitator in the middle Did not take long to get used to my new machine. The cycle takes more time than old machine Wonder if this means more electricity used It seems that the clothing after washing and drying feel softer compared to old machine That part is great

I've only washed about seven loads so far but I like the washer. The only thing that's weird is that the washer has a dark tinted lid. Why? You can't see through it when the washer is on. I would have liked the lid clear to see what is happening with my wash at any time.

Easy to install. Gets clothing clean. Able to wash whatever I need to. Love top load! Water actually drains from machine and does not require additional ten minutes of maintenance when through using like front load did. Only drawback for me: No rinse cycle temperature option.

This product still have me wondering. I don't think it cleans the clothes good and the cycle are a little confusing when washing special items. For some reason it sometimes give me an error signal and I don't know why. Also my clothes seems more wrinkle compared to the basic washer.

Washer struggled to spin when first received. I do have clothes that are getting bleach drips on them- when I haven't used bleach. I think the bleach dispenser doesn't rinse out enough during the white cycle.

Quite the high tech piece of equipment. Great set of features, some of which we may never use. Instruction book is thorough and easy enough to understand...so many more options than our old Maytag! We like it so far. The Best Buy delivery guys were on time and very helpful with the set-up.

This was a replacement for a recalled washer by Samsung. It was a hassle having to replace it but safety is important. I thought Samsung waited a long time before offering the replacement or fix. I do like their products but their service leaves a lot to be desired.

No issues so far. Just another washer. The salesman at Bestbuy told us the warranty would start after manufacture warranty expires which isn't true. Salesman told us the delivery people would help move old set into garage which wasn't true either. Kinda feel duped by him

We replaced an older washer that was not getting enough of the water out of the clothes. We are amazed at how the clothes now are only damp and are clean. We really like the features for the price. We don't need a large capacity and don't want to pay for features that we won't use. This really fit the bill.

I have been pleased with this purchase especially after hearing so many negative things about the newer high efficiency washers. But don't be in a hurry- a wash cycle is much longer than the old energy suckers of the old days

Delivery and installation went smoothly with Best Buy. We got a great price when compared to same or similar models at Home Depot, Lowe's and Amazon.com. So far appliance looks and works great. Simple to use and can handle large loads.

I needed a new washing machine after losing mine in a basement flood. I knew i didn't want another front load, after dealing with the smells and leaks of my old one. After researching i found that this was the best deal out there. This thing is huge and my clothes come out cleaner than ever!

This is something for me to get used to. I am used to the agitator and since this does not have one, I constantly ask myself, how is it washing the clothes properly. I dont like the auto fill feature since it may not fill to the level I want it to.

The clothes seem to get clean, but I don't feel the agitation is enough if my clothes were really dirty. The locking feature is a pain because it takes awhile after you press pause for it to unlock. With blankets and comforters, it gets unbalanced every time and re-positioning soaking wet blankets is nearly impossible. I hate that I can't agitate the water and soap before I add the clothes. Tried to skip to just rinse and spin for small load of clothes and it just "error"-ed out and caused me more time than if I would just let it run. I hate all the features!
