Low water level and problem washing household rugs

This is my first washer/dryer set in my new home. Very glad I went with Samsung---excellent quality. I did a lot of shopping around and this was most definitely the best quality product for the price! Definitely recommend!

This washer it's great! It's big and it'll warn you if the clothes are unbalanced. I thought this washer wasn't going to be good but it had exceed my expectations. I love how it weight the load before filling up the tank with water! Excellent!

My washer seems to do a good job, though I am stunned at the length of time for the cycles (normal wash 56 min), and am stilled puzzled how it operates with such a small amount of water. In comparing it with other washers, this one had more positives

We're used to a front loader so it is different going back to a top loader. It seems to move the clothes around a little less than "normal", but we aren't washing muddy or heavy soiled clothing. Wonderful for bedding-comforters fit well.

works well and is quite except for the musical bells it plays at the end. Mine arrived damaged from the factory, bestbuy was great about installing the damaged one so I had a washer while they ordered a replacement. OVer all very satisfied.

This washing machine works great and has all of the basic settings you need. I am 5'2 and it's a little hard for me to get the last few items out because its very deep, but I don't mind because it's huge and fits so much in just one load. Def recommend!!!

Had a Samsung front loader, washed the clothes well, but the smell of mold after cleaning and cleaning the drum was too much to handle. Good washer, glad I made the change to a top loader

Overall. the washer is great. Comes with some nifty features. The only thing that we disliked was the ending sound when the load is over, but you can mute that. Overall love it, was worried due to the recall they had just done in 2016.

I had this washer for a month now and it does not get my clothes completely clean. You can't fill this washer to capacity either because the water does not fill to the top. I'm grateful that Best Buy allowed me to exchange it for the LG washer because I would have been really upset if I had to be stuck with this one. Also no matter how you try to balance it, it rocks when it's in spin cycle.

I like the idea that it measures the size of the load to wash. The wash cycles seem a bit long but can be reduced depending on how bad the stains. And i love the see through class on top. It adds no real value to the washing machine but is nice to look at.

The agitation process is really different from any washer we have used. Also, the machine selects the water level dependent on the load, and control settings. Does the job well with no complaints.

It takes a little getting used to the different way it washes but does a nice job with less water and energy. Not noisy like I've read in some reviews. Actually much quieter than my old washer.

This was my first major appliance purchase for my new home. I am very pleased with my purchase. The washer/dryer set accommodates all my needs. I love all the different options, especially the ECO Warm water setting to conserve on my energy costs.

I read the reviews carefully before purchasing and haven't had one problem with neither my dryer or matching washer. I bought it during the Memorial Day sale and would absolutely buy it again.

The washer is great. We had a front loader (Whirlpool) before and the clothes used to smell after washing. I tried everything to get rid of the smell, but didn't work. This top loader works great, no smell, and I can load it up. Down to just 3 loads of wash a week.

Had to wait 2 weeks since it was on back order. Finally got it but only to replace it since it was a lemon =( Thank god for Best Buys 14 day guarantee!!

I love this washer, I love all the setting, I love the self cleaning, the door lock, the child lock. The clear top is pretty cool. I have had no issues with it so far and I'd say I've had them for over a month now. I am really enjoying them!

This is the first brand new washer I have ever bought and it is amazing. I bought this on sale for $600.00 and I couldn't be happier. It has amazing functions and this thing is huge. A definite recommend.
