I've had this washer for about 3 months now, and it works great. I had an old agitator top-loader from before, and now with these HE top loaders, the agitator is gone, and there is so much more space. What used to take 2 loads easily fits in one load for this machine. My clothes still come out clean, and I haven't had any unbalanced issues that other reviewers were commenting about. I would say that this machine is probably more sensitive to uneven floors. We luckily have a laundry room with level floors, so that may be why we are fine. If you plan on using this in the garage, you may need to spend some time leveling the machine (not just so it doesn't wiggle, but truly level) I have noticed one issue when washing some north-face jackets. If your clothes are made of a material that traps air, it will float, and it will not get cycled into the bottom of the wash load. You may need to initially bury it under other garments to let it get cycled through the wash, otherwise it will just stay at the top of the load, and never get fully washed. This top loader does take longer to wash loads compared to the normal agitator, but it makes up for it due to its fast spin cycle, and clothes are nearly dry after that. Your dryer (if equipped with a moisture sensor), will now finish much faster. So total laundry time is about the same. In fact, the clothes come out so dry, it makes quick hang drying a real possibility.

This is a great washer so far. Had it for about 6 weeks, works perfectly. We got the washer for $530, it has all the features we could ever need and plays a nice tune when you turn it on. No problems so far, does an excellent wash every time.

It was an awesome buy. I originally ordered front loaders, but they wouldn't fit in my apartment. But upon returning these top loaders I got more space and the same warranty at a lower price. Win win!

This machine has been the most amazing unit I have seen yet when you watch it work you think that is not enough water that does not agitate enough but when it is finished the clothes are clean even my heavily soiled work clothes great machine

Purchased the washer on 12/27/15. Went to laundry last night and no hot water. Tried to reach geek squad but the wait was 30 minutes. Not real happy with my Samsung washer.

This washing machine is working great, we love all of the features especially the auto sensor for level and tones when the wash is complete.

several people told me that this machine didn't clean well, well they were very wrong. it's the best washing machine we ever had. i highly recommend it.

This washer is absolutely perfect. I actually love doing laundry because of how amazing my washer is. It was also very reasonably priced. I love the clear top. No complaints here.

I is a very good machine for the price. In place of a buzzer when the cycle is complete it plays a little tune. Cloths come out slightly damp which requires much less dryer time adding efficiency to the laundry cycle.

i do like this machine a would rate it a 5 star for its performance however I have had other machines that were quieter. I would definitely recommend it for anyone especially if you are able to handle a little noise.

The washer is spacious. It is the first time that I felt excited after making an appliance purchase.

The washer great for a small family. It not to big but it larger enough to handle a family of four. This is my second washer by Samsung and they are very dependable. I hand my last one for over 10 years

We are very happy with our new washing machine, it's pretty quiet and saves water, and energy. Leaves the clothes clean installation was easy plus we qualified for a rebate.

The washer is nothing special with any "cool" bells and whistles, but it gets the job done and we got it for a great price here. Had to get this asap to replace my older broken washer, and liking it so far.

I was going crazy reading reviews on different brands/models & comparing price for best bang for the buck. I am so glad I decided on this Samsung series. My husband and I love doing laundry so we can watch thru the top. :)

This was a grear machine and love the sound and quietness. All of us use it and take great joy in using it. We had been looking for a great washer machine for awhile until we found this one. Great machine for the price

I love this washer..usually just need the quick wash and it's great! I also bought the matching dryer and I can have clothes, towels etc washed and dried in an hour! Great time saver!

I miss my old washing machine. I'm still learning to appreciate technology and how major appliances are so different now. This washer is not as awesome as my "old fashioned" machine, but it does its job.

I use this washer for about 3 moderate sized loads of laundry per week and so far so good. The interior can be a little deep for me to reach, but other than this small inconvenience, I've been happy with the machine.
