I liked the washers with the tumbler in the middle, just felt they did a better job cleaning. This washer was purchased due to a recall by Samsung, I haven't had much luck with Samsung products overall. The only reason I got another is because Samsung gave more of a rebate to buy another Samsung...they did not rebate me 100% of my cost which would have been nice since the first model risked my family's safety. As long as they repaired the issue for future washer I guess it worked as long as I had it. I will check recommend, but research others and make a educated decision.

This is a good washer but I could not get used to not seeing an agitator, I had to exchange it within the week. Nothing wrong with it and it looked beautiful.

I did plenty of research online before buying this washing machine and I'm happy to say I am not disappointed. I love the different cycle options and I'm excited to see how much I will be saving on my electric bill.

At first of course,I read the reviews since it had been a while purchasing a big ticket item. We are very happy with the quality and how well this device works to care for our daily household tasks...good job SAMSUNG!!

I've only had the washer for about a week but it been doing the job great. My clothes look cleaner and smell better. Now only if I can get my dryer delivered. It has been rescheduled 2 times already.

Bought this to replaced other recalled Samsung washer that was identical seem to work ok don't know how well it really washes have notice some items still dry half way thru wash cycle at top of load

Washer is all around great! I would recommend it to family and friends. The 9 cycle feature definetly comes in handy. The best part is that it has a self clean feature so you don't have to worry about maintaining it.

I upgraded from a basic old machine that only had an on and off button to this machine and its been great. So many options, which is helpful for the different kinds of laundry loads- bedding, normal, sensitive.

WOW ! WHAT A DIFFERENCE TO THE NOISE LEVEL THAT OUR OLD WASHER MADE COMPARED TO THE LOW LEVEL OUR NEW MACHINE MAKES.WE LIKE THE CUSTOM FEATURES IT HAS AND MOST OF ALL THE QUIETNESS OF OPERATION.

This is our first new generation washer, without the center agitator, and we love it. It makes things very easy to load and unload. The computer is easy to use and basically figures everything for you. Very pleased.

We purchased this washer through the Samsung recall repurchase program. We never really had any issues with the 3 year old washer we turned in so hopefully this one will hold up too (without a recall).

Happy to say that this Samsung works as good as not better than the one it replaced from the recall. The agitator moves smoothly and the laundry comes out clean every time. No problems.

Bought the Samsung washer and dryer for our new home and have to say it beats both my old Maytag and Whirpool sets I have had previously. My ironing has been cut in half. love both the washer and dryer.

I purchased the original washer over a year ago. When Samsung issued the recall I did not hesitate replacing it under the recall with the new model. It has been a great machine and does a great job.

The washer cleans great even though some previous reviewers had a different experience. Not sure why those reviewers had unsatisfactory results, but I haven't changed anything about how I do laundry.

This is hands down the best washing machine we've ever owned. The different wash cycle options allow for picking the exact needed choice for each load.

The machine works as it was meant to as far as I can tell. The clothes do not all get covered with water so I am not sure how they are supposed to be cleaned. It occasionally speeds up and the water is splashed around and I presume that's supposed to do the cleaning. The spin cycle is too long . It lasts about 15 minutes and leaves the clothes wrinkled. I'm sorry I did not get the front loader. I believe it would do a better job.

I have been a Samsung fan on TVs which made me decide to try their washing machine line. Performance was ok except for the annoying noise of the suction pump during the drain/spin cycle.

Washer works very well after I figured out what buttons to press. It would be nice if there is a way to stop the machine to help balance the wash load before the spin cycle is completed.

I purchased the Samsung washer because the previous one was recalled n could get a better refund if I stayed with same brand... Seems to working fine keeping my fingers crossed
