Our store and the sales experience was excellent. We did have problems with the "delivery and install". It took three trips for them to get it right. Other than that, we love the machine. It does a great job.

I know washing machines are suppose to be quieter and more water efficient, but when I look in it looks like there is hardly any water in it. It doesn't even cover the cloths.

I was looking for another washer but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for it. I went in Best Buy and found the perfect washer on Clarence. what a great buy.

This machine doesn't get the clothes clean enough. Stains are still present unlike my old machine which had the center pole. Same detergent, but different results. I don't know why, but it seems that clothes come out dirtier than my old machine

This is such an awesome washing machine it rings your clothes out awesome where they don't take long in the dryer at all, it is not loud either, and then when it's done it's sings to you also! Love love it!!

was a little concerned about the model since there is no agitator. works well, easy to figure out. Seems o defualt to hour long wash unless I program for 37 minutes short wash.

I am always a little apprehensive about purchasing big ticket items. I do my research and check on them. This item is one you will not be disappointed by.

It's been great so far. It doesn't really have anything especially noteworthy that I've noticed. It just seems like a nice, basic washing machine that doesn't leak like the front loader.

We looked around and Best Buy had the best price. Samsung has a 10 year warranty and great reviews we have only had it for 2 months but the wife loves it.

Our Samsung washer was recalled. We were very happy with it and decided to stay with Samsung. Our new machine has a smaller load capacity...our choice. It works great for my wife and I.

bought as a replacement for recalled washer. similar in style and features to previous model, does a good job just hope design improvements make this model last longer!!

It has only been a month but washer seems to be doing great. with four children doing laundry is a constant chore at this household. When doing the laundry it is non-stop for a day or two.

We were concerned prior to purchase about the water-saver features, but we have not been disappointed in the performance. All is well.

We originally came in to purchase a completely different brand. We saw this one and fell in love. Glad we did, best purchase we have made in a while, especially as an impulse buy.

It plays a tune when it finishes its cycle, so its god the bells and whistles covered. While its fairly new, I've had no issues as of yet. If this keeps up then its a great buy

Its probably the nicest looking and greatest new machine we bought. However, like the other reviews say... it does that a long time to wash. Its still super cool

I bought my son a Samsung washer last year for XMAS & was informed of the recall on it immediately. We decided to replace it with an upgrade & so far, so good! No complaints!

Love the look and function of the set. The only drawback is the time it takes to complete a load, otherwise, Great !!!
