i love my new appliances, they're amazing and i wouldn't trade them for anything. if you want a great machine, this one is yours.

We got the 4.8 washer. The drum is too deep, the soap dispenser isn't easily accessed, it juts out too far from the wall & there are no water level options.

Looked around to a few other retailers and then went to Best Buy. Not only was the price very good, but the knowledge of my salesman was the deciding factor of the sale.

Seems to do the job. One thing to note may want to verify delivery will install all appliances. Took us a week to find a contractor that would finish the job. Product was not the issue.

I love this washer...very deep; I have to get on my tippy toes to get the clothes out. I love how quiet it is!! Definitely one of my favorite purchases for our new home!!

Like my washer but forgot to change to bedding when washing bedding and got some error. It plays music when done to let you know cycle is completed.

Purchased this to replace a recalled washer. The controls are slightly different but easy to get used to. Exterior still matches the 3 year old dryer.

We bought this washer after reading reviews of several models. After using it for about three months we've been pleased.

The only reason machine did not get 5 stars is because the motor is louder than I would have liked during the final spin cycle. Otherwise great machine.

This is a great washer at a Great price. It's really fun to operate. The multiple spin speeds eliminates the wrinkle problem some high efficiency washers have.

Love this washer! The tub is huge and holds so many more clothes than my old washer. The tub is deep so shorter people might have a slight issue reaching the bottom.

This washer works very well; hopefully there are no recalls on it. We elected to take the buyout for the recalled model and got this one instead.

Although this purchase was driven by a recall, we wanted to get the replacement at the same retailer and get the same manufacturer because we like the brand.

I was so happy to get my new washer. The delivery guys were great and professional. The machine is great, except I have to run an extra rinse cycle on all loads, even half loads. I have a glass top and noticed the rinse cycle doesn't cover the clothes. Called Geek squad, and they put in a ticket. When the dispatch placed called we found out it was on my TV. So days later still waiting on getting a corrected ticket. Not the Best buy I know.

We bought this for our son after the recall on the Samsung washer we bought him last XMAS. It's only been connected for a few weeks, but so far he loves it.

I like the simplicity of this machine. Prefer top loader washing machines. It also has a solid feel, not tinny or light weight. Quiet closing lid.
