I LOVE this washing machine. I priced different brands from 8 different places. Best Buy had the best price and this machine was the best choice. I recommended it to someone and they ordered the exact same machine. Great machine, great delivery, great service! If you want a top load washing machine that can handle a king size bedspread, your search is over!

Easy to use. The ease of loading, adding detergent, and quiet. The notification music is pleasant change from buzzers.

Have had a couple of months now and I think it is doing a great job. I haven't really noticed an odor, but I leave the lid open and also pull open the soap drawer to air out. Clothes spin out really good and probably take less time in the dryer. I have NOT noticed my dark clothes coming out with any soap residue. I would recommend this.

This is the best washing machine I've ever owned. I love the controls and not having an agitator in the way. It spins clothes dry enough meaning that they dry quicker in the dryer. I would buy it again!

Was very hesitant upon purchasing a Samsung washer after hearing all the reports. From what I have been told/read, is that this is new and improved model after the previous faulty one. Cleans nicely. Easy hook up. Makes clothes smell really clean. Previous washer did not wash well and would have a loud noise on the spin cycle. This washer is quiet. Hardly makes any noise at all. After a month of using, no problems yet.

Washer performs well, cleaning moderately-sized loads without issue. Appliance is not too loud and its modern appearance is aesthetically appealing.

my previous washer let me choose load size so I was concerned with clothes not being completely covered with water, however, clothes come out clean every time with less water and less detergent. The liquid softner has feed into machine when filling compartment a few times instead of waiting for rinse cycle and also the compartment has been half full of water when cycle completed so you cannot fill with just softner on your next load. No way to empty water out of compartment. These 2 things has only happened a couple of times in a 2 month period. If you are 5 ft. tall it is hard to reach into bottom of washer to remove small articles of laundry.

Our old washer broke and we needed to get a new one. My wife always wanted an high efficiency washer because she hated always banging her arm on the agitator of our old one. Like any purchase i make i did extensive research. I found several bad reviews saying that it doesn't use enough water............well that is what a high efficiency washer does; it senses and uses only as much water as it has to, and it is actually the detergent that does the cleaning not the amount of water. I also found people saying it didn't clean the clothes.........again not true. We have had this washed for 2 months with no issues. In my opinion if you read the manual before you use it you will have no issues. The one function i really like about this washer is the self balance technology. A lot of the cheaper HE washer you have to try to balance all the clothes around the drum and can't just toss clothes in as the drum will make noise while running because it is not balanced. This washer will balance it for you; when you start a cycle it turns back and forth for a couple minutes to evenly distribute the clothes. It is so much easier just throwing the clothes in and letting the washer do the work. The other thing that sold me on this washer was that it comes with a 10 year (yes 10 year) warranty on the drum and motor. EVERY other washer we looked at no matter the brand only came with a 1 year warranty. If i could rate this washer a 10 out of 5 I would. Best purchase we made.

Like the minimal use of water to wash clothes. Has a great spin cycle clothes come out damp and do not have to run the dryer for long

Very intuitive and easy to use machine. Large capability means that I could wash large blankets without problem. I am very happy with this machine.

Works really well so far. CLothes come out smelling fresh on normal cycles using cold water. Runs fairly quiet and I can't hear any rocking.

I went to Best Buy to purchase another brand of washer and dryer, but they had none on display. I happened to see this set on display. It doesn't have the steam cycle, but we don't use that anyway. There was a JD Powers award sign on this set. I bought them, figuring, if we didn't like them, we could return them. It's a little noisier then others, but we can live with it. My wife loves this set. My wife uses the presets, they work great. My wife loves this model (7000). If you install this yourself, make sure to follow the directions, there are two electronics settings you must do before the first use, they only take a couple of minutes each, and are real simple.

Super large capacity washer, easy to use and very good results. Very good capacity- large enough for king size comfomter. Energy saving and got a $150 rebate from the local electrical provider.

We are so far very satisfied with our Samsung Washing Machine. Holds large loads, fast and quiet.

Can wash a lot and it est how much water needed. The different cycles makes life easy. Getting used to the noises it makes...not bad just different than a traditional washer!

Great washer, very quiet and efficient. I get a kick out of the song it plays when the load is done.

This washing machine has numerous settings, holds a lot of clothes and runs quietly. The cycle times are a little long but it does a good job cleaning the clothes. Great machine for the price.

This washer works fantastic for large loads. We have 8 kids and I'm finally caught up on laundry with just one load a day. One word of caution... Unlike cheap, old fashioned washers that will move all over the place with an uneven load, this fancy washer just stops spinning...but the time keeps going. If this happens and you don't catch it, your load will still be wet at the end. Either balance your load better when washing pillows etc. Or run the quick rinse cycle for 12 minutes and everything is great again.

Love it. It is not so noisy as my old washer and it uses less water. Huge savings on my water bill.

So I had some initial concerns after we (my mom, dad and I) purchased the washer, because I went back online and read some more reviews... Most people complained about the machine taking to long to clean the clothes and it using the incorrect amount of water to wash items. I have to say my machine does use less water than my old one but it leaves my clothes extremely clean, and without soap residue or lingering stains. I was worried but like I read, if you have an HE machine that stil uses the same amount of water and energy as your old one, why have a HE machine at all? the machine is quiet and it does the job well, it does take a bit more time to wash clothes than what I would like (it takes about 15 more than my old 15 year old machine), but since its doing such a good job, we don't complain.... We'll probably start saving up so we can change our dryer next year, and I'll probably try to get a Samsung one.
