Fantastic washing machine! It's easy to use and my clothing is coming out clean.

Switched from a front loader (which I hated) to this Samsung washer. It has plenty of room for bedding and other large loads. Other than having some trouble reaching small items, such as socks, I love this washing machine. I should say that I'm 5'4 and have to stand on my toes to fish out the last few items because the drum is so deep. It is quiet but "sings" when the load is done.

The washer is great. It cleans all my clothes in a good amount of time. I can even fit all my bedding in the washer too.

We purchased this washer a an open box item. We had a constant problem with the washer going unbalanced. It took several attempts to redistribute the clothes to get it to balance and sometimes it was never successful. I expect that the problem stems from it being an open box item rather than a bad design. Since this item is on back order with Best Buy and getting a replacement would take three weeks, we returned the washer and dryer and purchased a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer pair. We have done several wash loads in the Whirlpool and they are working great.

This was our first washer purchase for our first home. So far, it has worked wonderfully. Our laundry is off of the kitchen, and this washer is quiet enough that it doesn't disturb us. I love all of the settings to customize, so that I can clean my clothes the way I want to.

We have 4 children, and a ton of laundry. This washer is perfect for us. Our old washer was very small and did not fit a lot. Especially bedding. This washer is great, 3 loads in my old washer is 1 load in this one. I highly recommend.

Not sure why I read negative reviews about this washer on other sites but we love it so far. Cleans great, runs smooth.

Works great. I read probably every single review for all different brands of washer and every one had good and bad reviews. I'm so glad we went with this one. We have had it about a month and have not had a single issue with it. Very easy to use, and clothes come out clean.

I read a lot of reviews on Bestbuy.com and other sites and this washing machine had stellar reviews across the board, and now I understand why. It's efficient, quiet, will hold an entire King comforter, and makes the most polite 'done' chime I've ever heard. I simply adore this washer! It's a must have!

Large capacity easy to program multiple settings no more needs to be said.

Very happy with this machine. Had to replace an HE front loader because the barrel went off its axis and the gasket had so much mold on it it would make the clothes smell if you didn't get them out as soon as the cycle finished. This top loader is almost as efficient and way easier to use and no gasket to go moldy. The only negative I have noticed is that there is significantly more lint in the dryer which I attribute to the new washer.

This was an outstanding value for a quality high performing washing machine. Very quiet and efficient.

This high efficiency washer has enough settings to tackle laundry care, including a quick wash setting. I've been impressed with how clean laundry has come out and only regret that I hadn't budgeted for the accompanying dryer, which is the next purchase I plan to make.

Large enough to keep up with a family of 6 and simple to use as well!

I purchased this washer and dryer combination and after having a slight difficulty with Bestbuy honoring their scheduled delivery date, they were finally installed. This set is very sharp looking and packed with tons of features. I love the clear washer lid. The washer has a large capacity and its high efficiency settings save energy and water. I did add the Geeksquad proteciton plan for the washer but so far I have not had any issues.

Great cleaning with less detergent, sings songs at beginning and end of each load. Such a cute feature. Water bill dropped 10 bucks after the first month!!!! Washes an insane amount of clothes without that huge agitator found in traditional machines. I'm in love!

I love my new washer and dryer! It has gotten off balance but what washer doesn't? I love that I don't have to set the load size. I can fit in soooo many clothes I only do laundry 1 time a week for a family of 3!!! Overall I LOVE it. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung!!

This washer is very quiet and the large capacity helps cut down the number of loads we do. Awesome deal!!!
