Had this washer about a month and a half now and everything is going good. I've had a few error codes here and there but was able to reset. Clothes get clean and I love the self cleaning option. I was so scared reading the reviews. But I did research and searched YouTube. I purchased the geek squad 3 year protection plan just in case.

I would recommend this washer because it is very easy to use. It does a great job on washing big loads of clothes, bedding and more heavy duty laundering. The digital panel tell you how long your clothes need to wash according to how soiled they are or type being wash. That what make it easy. There are others digital features as well as.

I am very happy with this washer. We replaced an older model with the center agitator which was difficult to wash large items. This model handles much more clothes, washes them well and efficiently and is very quiet. It was a great purchase!

This washing machine is efficient. It is so quiet that you never know that it is still going or done.

Best buy did a great job and delivered my washer and dryer and took away the old ones! I LOVE this washer and dryer and it is taking away my laundry nightmares!' I feel spoiled and I'm thankful that it does so many clothes at a time!! Now, I am not climbing over clothes piles, but I'm actually enjoying keeping up with my laundry which is Huge for me!!!

My wife and I have not found a single complaint with this washer or the matching dryer. The music that is plays when finished is not necessary but it is not bad. It washes clothes fast and has plenty of room inside. It is more narrow than a traditional model so it does not take up much space.

Samsung has quality appliances and this is no exception. I love that there is no middle agitating post; there's a lot more room in this washer for larger items such as blankets and bedding, which is practical. I like that it "sings" when it's finished and that it is a high efficiency washer. The variety of settings are practical. I like the clear glass top; it looks classy and it's fun to see what's going on inside.

Before getting this set we still have the older style non HE washer and dryer, we got this set for the load size and worry free guarantee. I am able to do three loads in this washer at one time compared to my older washer. It is very easy to use and saves your settings so you dont have to reset them each time. We purchased the dryer at the same time and it drys all them clothes in one round as well. Very pleased
