I finally decided to replace my very old washing machine and was definitely looking for one without the agitator. I read reviews and spoke to someone who had this brand. I and very please with the machine and unlike one reviewer said, it really isn't all that hard to program. I like the little chimes that let you know when the wash is done. I am looking forward to years of happy laundry days.

This was a replacement for my one that was recalled and I like this one even better. The drum is not so deep and I really think it is even quieter than my first one. Clothes come out clean and love the spin cycle options. Saves so much time & money on dryer time!

I bought this to replace a 15 year old set. I did my research before purchasing this set and pretty much is what the other reviews said it was. The tub in the washer is super big. I was able to wash a king size comforter in it with no problem. I had to take the time to read the booklet to find out what the buttons are for but it pretty easy to use. It looks good and was a great value, I'm glad I bought this set.

Bought this to replace years old Whirlpool that finally gave out. Researched on Best Buy site and found this make/model with excellent ratings and features in my price line. Very quiet with good number of cycle selections. Easy to operate control panel. Some reviews complained of cleanliness of clothes due to no agitator but very satisfied so far with how my loads have been cleaning.

Easy to use, very fast and quiet. We have all Samsung products. Warranty can not be beat.

Cant believe this machine. huge load capacity, I can do 2 loads where before it was 3-4. very clean. I had a duet and they sucked. towels stunk, didn't use any water to really cleans things. I was hesitant to buy another HE machine but went on the reviews. I love it!

I absolutely love my new Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer! It is such an awesome machine, gets my clothes very clean, saves water, and has a clear lid so you can see what it is doing. It was hard to get used to seeing such a small amount of water in the tub, I was afraid it would not clean well, but it does. Everything comes out sparkling clean. I've had it a little over a month now, and it is great!

I bought this Samsung washer just about a month ago and have used it constantly. it's quiet, easy to use, saves your settings and clothes come out nice and clean. Very pleased with the product.

I was looking for a basic washer to simply clean my clothes. This one is quiet and easy to use. I love the lack of aggitaitor as it can hold a larger load of laundry. The settings are simple and easy to use. I have had no complaints! Great washer!
