Bought this to replace a Samsung front loader for a 2nd floor laundry room. Its much more quiet and does not shake the house like the front loader. The only complaint is that it doesn't seem to get lint and pet hair off of clothes very well. This is only an issue for clothes that are hung up to dry.

My family had this washer for almost 2 months now and it works great. It's large, but very quite. In the past we go to the laundry mat but those commercial washers wear out the clothes faster. This washer has plenty of wash options for the different type of clothing we have so that's perfect!

I have been very happy with this washer. Cleans clothes well, spins well clothes dry quicker in the dryer. Easy to select correct settings for type of load and easy to customize if you don't want to use their settings. Like that I don't have to choose water level like my old machine this one does it automatically for you. Only slight drawback is the machine is taller than my old one and I have a slightly hard time reaching the clothes to remove them--but that is because I am short.

It has a very large capacity to fit a king size comforter. Very user friendly!!!

Capacity fit for a king sized bed without the agitator pole in the middle and energy savings choices helps heaps. Best used with He detergent and even better with High Energy liquid detergent instead of powder since nowdays they make it in capsules. There's a convenience drawers to measure the liquid on top right hand corner and another for bleach on bottom left is so desire. Cheers!

I haven't had the washer but a month now but so far I love it. The clothes come out really clean- towels are really fluffy after they are dried. I suggest reading the directions when you first get it- there is a way to balance the tub before you do your first load. I did buy a warranty for my sense of security since there are digital components. All in all I'm happy with the machine.

The overall product is good, it cleans clothes. It is a little surprising though that it takes an hour to wash clothes. Also, if the clothes are placed unevenly, the machine wobbles. The spin feature is nice though, the clothes come out damp as opposed to sopping wet like other machines.

I love everything about this washer. Here are a few great things: -there is a lot of room in the drum for clothes. i love that there is nothing in the middle like the old washers which would tangle up your clothes -the spinning works so well that the clothes are almost dry before putting in the dryer -it plays music when the load is done -there are a lot of different washing options

I have had this machine for about one month. I have noticed a decrease in my water bill. It does take a bit longer to run a load but the cloths come out clean and the energy it is saving is wonderful! It is a great overall machine.

Got this on sale and it is great! It cleans well and is quiet.

After having a kenmore and a may tag washer, I waited 2 months for this washing machine due to back orders. From the very first wash, I knew the wait was worth it!! With its new technology, this machine is by far, the absolute best washing machine I have ever used!! Read the manual....and it will do everything for you! Your clothes look and feel brand new!!! I have had this washer for a little over a month, and we have had no trouble. It was very easy to set up. I have washed a lot of different loads, including a king size comforter. The capacity is great and the clothes come out very clean.

In my limited use it has performed flawlessly. Installation was a breeze. It is very easy to operate and it has a sexy stylish look! It is very quiet as advertised, and it is very affordable. My clothes get clean as they should from the many wash options.

When the old washer died, I asked the wife what she wanted in a replacement. She said a washer was not as important to her as a good dryer. But now we are looking for a new dryer to match the nice features of this new Samsung. It takes an open mind to get used to this "HE" washer technology. Used to noisy, whirling units, this one washes quietly in all modes other that spin, and spin is not half the noise of the old unit.. 4.5 CU Ft is much larger than I expected, and handles all sizes loads needed. And did I mention it is quiet? Very quiet indeed, a welcome benefit. With all the Samsung recall hubhub, it seems somewhat a gamble, but the newer "redesigned" unit we bought included a built-in lid lock and revised control panel. So far so good...

Very quiet, great water extraction and my wife loves how it plays a little song at the end instead of a loud buzzer. I like the clear lid and large capacity. Nothing better for the price. We really like Samsung products. Well thought out.
