This washer was purchased with its companion dryer. The washer works great. It is easy to use. One warning, if you have short arms you might need help reaching the bottom of the basin. It is a long way down.

Works Great. No problems with it going out of ballance yet and I've loaded it up a couple of times. Some reviews have said they had trouble reaching the bottom if they are short. I'm only 5' 7" and don't have a problem reaching the bottom. Good buy so far. Only been a couple of months though.

I have had this washer for almost two months and so far the best I have ever used. Clothes are much cleaner and the spin cycle is amazing. The clothes are almost dry before you put into the dryer. If you buy this washer you will not be disappointed. I will write more when I have had longer.

It is so easy to figure out what buttons to push and it is so big!!

If you have lots of laundry this is the machine for you. It will handle the largest of laundry loads. This replaced a Kenmore machine that had some miles on it. I can't say how much better our laundry is now turning out. Everything comes out clean and fresh every time. Love the ease of use and did I say capacity. You can easily wash bedding, towels, jeans, etc....I have to say Samsung has outdone themselves with this one for the price. Looked at comparable machines before purchase and they were all around $200 higher. You won't be disappointed if you don't drop the extra cash for one of the others. Great machine for the price.

My old washer had knicks on the drum and was making holes in my clothes, so I had to replace my 10 year old washer. I did my homework and read up on all the latest washers finding Samsung was rated very high. This washer does not disappoint. It is unbelievably quiet and doesn't shake like the old washers. Except for the little jingle when it's done, I forget it's on. I notice that it takes longer to wash a load. My old washer took about 30 minutes to wash a load and the Samsung can take up to about 55 for the full cycle for a large load of towels. I find that to be the only drawback, but because it spins better my drying time it cut down to about half.

I am very pleased with this washer. It holds more clothes than our previous washer so it has cut down on the number of loads to do. Has different dispensers depending on what type of detergent you use and a variety of settings.

I was a little apprehensive at buying a "high" efficiency machine, because of all the complaints over the years, not enough water to clean or rinse blah, blah, blah... I works waaayyyy better than the 20 year old Kenmore agitator it replaced. We used to do 5 loads a week, now it's 2.
