Looking for a replacement washer and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This one had good reviews and has lived up to them so far. Online complaints include that it gets imbalanced and stops - haven't had that problem, even with a full load. Suspect that's an overloaded washer issue.

This washer is a great buy, a very lager capacity , because it doesn't have an agitator, and yet clothes come out clean, great for bedding, comforters, even sleeping bags.

This washer will wash double the amount of clothes in one wash than our old washer. It is efficient and perfect for any type of family - two person or five person or more. I only wish there is a way to change the tone when the wash is done, but that's the only small complaint I would have.

This is the best washing machine! Efficient, uses only the amount of water needed, and we can barely hear it when it's running! I actually enjoy doing the laundry now! Great buy!

I love this washer! It has more than enough room to wash my clothes. Plus this has an Energy star savings. Difference is this washer uses a lot less water than an old style washer does. I bought both the washer and dryer at the same time and love them both so far.

Had this washer replace with my old one. I could load 3 times the amount of clothes into this washer. If you have water bills to pay, you will save tons of money with this washer. It uses little water but clean so well.

I made the mistake of buying a front load washing machine a few years ago...a decision I have long regretted. The clothes stink when they come out and the machine itself is both loud and vibrates terribly. My new machine is quiet and the clothes smell clean when they come out!

I knew I wanted a top loader and this one fits the bill. It has plenty of options and gets the clothes clean. It is very quiet. If I had a complaint, it would be that the cycles are long, a lot like a front loader. But I'm getting used to the cycles.

I love this Samsung washer! It is modern and it even plays music when it's done! It also washes clothes very well.

Washer is has many washing options & easy to use. No like the preset options that automatically select water temperature & level with the option to override the presets. Also like the quiet operation. Wages better than my prior washers with the agitators.

It gets all my clothes clean and I love how big it is. I was a little skeptical of it not having an agitator but it does great.

Decided on a Samsung washer after doing some product research. This washer is very quiet with very little vibration and of course very energy efficient. Very happy with this machine and am expecting many years of trouble free service. You can buy this washer from many different places, but Best Buy gives you the best price and also they go overboard in making sure you are taken care of properly.

Tub is very large & deep, may require some long arms to retrieve all of your wash. Works great, hope it last as long as my last machine (28 years).

So far so good. I'm pleased with this washer.. and my wife seems to be also. All the buttons and functions are very self explanatory. Plus I've always trusted Samsung as a brand, and use a lot of their products.

We've had this machine for almost 4 weeks. Our clothes come out covered with lint and looking dirtier than when they went in. It is also pulling undershirt necklines out of shape. I thought having no central agitator would be an improvement. We bought it because it is large and can handle a comforter. I keep hoping things will improve but am sorely disappointed in this machine. In addition, the sprayer that is supposed to pre-wet the clothes in the beginning isn't working. I am calling BestBuy tomorrow!

Easy to use, multiple options, washes clothes perfectly. Did I mention that it sings to you when its done? Best washer I've ever had.

That I can call it the lazy washer machine, cause you just have to put what u need to put to wash n let it run by itself, with out worrying about anything. My wife likes it and that's good for me to know. Over all its a great washer I'll will recommend it to anybody..

So far we have liked everything about this Washing Machine. It is very efficient. At first we didn't think the clothes were coming out clean, but after buying HE detergent seems to be doing much better.

Great product, my wife and I were in a pinch and needed a good washer. The one we found was a floor display model that had a dent in it, but it is fantastic. One of the most quiet washers I've had.

We are a family of four, with two teenagers. The hamper gets filled every other day. With the extra large capacity of the washer we are able to keep the boys in clean clothes. Now I need a bigger dryer.
